Burger King — Restaurant in Gulfport

Feb 16 2024 @11:30 am We arrive at the drive thru to place an order. We first greeted the window person when we arrived to the pick up window before we asked for mayo and ketchup to be added to our bag .

Take note, we greeted the worker, she did not greet us or respond , just looked at us like we were at the wrong place.

The widow person was a lady who was very obnoxious and rude, she made us feel very unwelcomed and uncomfortable as well. She told us that they didn't have any mayo or ketchup ? Believing that the restaurant was out of condiments did not make us upset , but it was the tone of voice and expression she used to get the message to us.

"We don't have none a dat" So I thought , who wants to eat a dry sandwich, especially for the price we were charged ? We ordered 2 combo meals so the fries would have plain Jane as well.

She cocked her head back, rolled her eyeballs , and slammed the window shut in our face and left us sitting there with a busy line of cars waiting behind us. A few minutes later she returned and we requested our money back. She turned around without saying a word , so another staff person came to the window and asked us What was the issue and we told him exactly what she did.

He told us we do have the sauce you asked for.

I guess the lady was just too lazy to reach down in the box and get the sauce or she just did not want us to have the sauce.

We asked for her name ? At that time the assistant manager or team leader then arrived at the window and we requested the name of the person who was so unprofessional and rude to us. She did not want to provide the name .

I guess she knew we would report her rudeness to a superior or call the nain headquarters. It was then that the assistant manager hesitated to tell us and she was shaking her head no . At that time we were not going to leave , when she seen the drive thru line was backed up with people waiting to pick up orders, she told us her name was Angel .

I just felt she was telling a tall tale , I could be wrong, but how on Earth can someone who is so ugly and rude be named Angel.

Not all customers are stupid, in fact, they are quite smart about if the food order is not right , or they don't get sauce to.compliment the food.

Food is very expensive and people want what is suppose to come with it.

If you don't want to work then go home because someone else can take your place and do a better job. If you do want to work , then the attitude you had and your nasty actions have to go. You need to get retrained in customer service . Please ask your boss to help you because you definitely need to learn how to treat customers .

No where in a work policy does it state that you must like or love any customer, but what is required is that you respect all Customers and treat everyone equally and find a solution to solve problems . Please take this advice because if you choose a job dealing with people , then you must know how to please them, whether you like it or not. If you cannot please a customer then you will never advance in your place of employment.

If you work where you hate what you do, please seek something you love somewhere else because you are only hurting the business you work for by running customers or clients away . It drives sales downhill slowly but surely .

Pay attention because if you think managers dont pay attention to.you, think twice because they perform evaluations on how you you perform your job duties , your time and attendance , how you treat other staff and customers .

I'm sorry but if I was your boss and I seen what you did, you can bet it would have been your last day.

Customers are not gonna take what you dish out especially when they are spending money. And remember this, it is the customer who is making...

I do not know This employee name but every time me and a few of my friends go to this specific Burger King it’s literally always this same rude & disrespectful black Lady at the window So this time I went again and she was at the window. It all started at the speaker when I was ordering my food. She had an attitude from the start. She made a mistake on My order and I was respectfully telling her that I did not order what she had put on the screen and to take it off so I can know what my total would be so I can have the money already ready before I drove around to the window she began to aggressively Yell at me through the speaker and tell me things that I did not say over the speaker at the menu ordering my food. So I begin to drive around to the window To pick up my order Then she began to tell me the wrong total and I Once again, told her that what she had on the screen was incorrect after I told her that she began to Curse me out badly and Slam the window In my face while I was talking I then ask for a manager On duty, she began to tell me that it wasn’t one on duty I know that is a lie. I have worked in fast food myself once before, and I know that some type of manager has to be on every shift. I was not about to scoop Low on her level And go back-and-forth with her so I paid for my order she then snatch my money out of my hand And still gave me the wrong order so I took a picture of her because I did not know her name, nor did I see it on her shirt The picture is in this review, and I will be calling corporate about this issue. I know they do not know about their employee behavior And I know that it is unacceptable in any workplace. This lady needs to be fired immediately. Because at this point the things she is doing to people someone is going to get seriously hurt Because it took everything in me, not to tell her a piece of my mind I am very upset Because for one if she Didn’t feel like working, she should have stayed at home period And for me, not to know this woman, I do not know what was her problem, but it is always a constant thing with the same lady, and a few more people tell me the same exact thing about...

How can you describe a place like BK? They mainly hire black workers. You need to be there 8 am wednesdays for a chance for one. Then the food taste nasty, do you know how many patties they have but don't go through as their supposed to? Come any time except lunch and dinner rush. Best time is usually Sunday morning when all the grease is changed. They never answer their phone! How can you get a call In order, or even someone to call in? They don't give out manager numbers so don't ask. You want corporate? Look em up yourself, they won't. Friday and Saturday night. We're down at 2am back at 4. Need to prepare for breakfast, clean, count money, etc. The workers get half off a meal only on lunch. They don't give anything free and all that food that goes in the trash that not even the coworkers can make burgers out of. This place has been tripping me out since I first walked thru the doors. Btw some of the other sauces are good on other burgers to, besides the ones they come on,...
