Tiffany is a great businesswoman - she knows her game well! She wants to sell her product, so she'll work with your budget and needs to cut you a great deal! We got a new washer of the exact model we came in wanting for $200 less than new just because of it being a different/less popular color and it having a few scratches, and of course, because Tiffany is awesome and wants her clients coming back! She gave us many options to choose from as well. Even if we wanted to buy the new perfect one, she still beat any other pricing we found by $100. We have a new house and will eventually be needing many more new appliances to replace the old ones we inherited, and we will absolutely be back to give her our business in the future!
They have a 48hr return policy, and a 1 year limited warranty through a different warranty company you need to activate yourself. She buys appliances by the truckload that were returned to the manufacturers, so she can sell them significantly less than retail since they have been returned. They test all their products and let you inspect them as well, and are very transparent about where any blemishes or issues may be. If something like a handle or something is broken, they have many parts to replace it for you to give you the most-perfect version! They have new products arriving everyday, so chances are if they don't have what you're looking for, they can get it for you extremely quickly. They had everything from very basic models, to very high end models. Tiffany knows all her products extremely well, and can take you to exactly what you want in an instant of telling her, along with giving you similar options - she knows what she's doing! She says to ignore the listing price, and its true, because she'll definitely work with you! Anything we looked at, she was able to give us at least $100 less than any competitors.
They really want to sell you as many appliances as they can to make room for new stock, so it can be a bit dizzying, but if you know what you want, you will walk away with exactly what you're looking for at a price that can't be beat. Although they do make it incredibly tempting to walk away with more than what you need because it really is a deal that can't be beat! The more you buy, the more you'll save. Yes they want a sale, but they're not rude in the slightest. Super kind people!
My washer runs like a dream, and has handled everything I've thrown at it so far. For anyone looking, cannot reccomend the LG 4000 models enough! And the sanitary cycle took every single dog and cat hair and stain off our sheets and left it smelling...
Read moreI’m so glad majority of people have had a good experience with this place. Unfortunately, that was not the case for me. The sales woman does give amazing prices but is a bit pushy and will ask for you to leave a 5 star review before you walk out the door. She sold me a new fridge with a dent in it, that I didn’t even see til it was already delivered and removed the “10 year warranty” sticker (it doesn’t actually have 10 years of warranty). Not to mention she says “free delivery” but that just means the delivery people rely on your tip because she doesn’t pay them apparently. My spouse and I catered to them, gave them waters, helped out, lended them our tools & even gave them a tool bag. They were a bit unprofessional, and I usually don’t care for that but considering they texted me after the job saying it was “bogus” I didn’t give them more for the job, I think it’s fair to bring it up. It was a tough a job and am still highly appreciative of them so I am giving them more but their pay shouldn’t have to rely on me considering I had just bought the fridge and delivery was suppose to be “free”. The sales women yelled at me over the phone when she thought I didn’t pay them enough and talked over me while I tried to explain. Also they don’t do deliveries for the second floor but you won’t get told that til after the fact. I “was suppose to know” they don’t deliver to second floors but this was my first time buying a fridge and using this company, how was I suppose to know? I’ve never had a problem with second floor deliveries before with any other company. Also we did ask if they’d be able to take our old fridge down to the garage so you’d think that’s a dead giveaway, to which she responded “yes”. Worst customer service I’ve ever received, would not use them again and would not recommend. Try it for yourself though. The original price, $999 - what I ended up paying in the end - $1200+ I might’ve as well just bought a new fridge from a...
Read moreI was thrilled with my experience at Appliances4Less! From the moment my wife/son, and I walked in the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. I was looking for a washer and dryer set and a refrigerator, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed.
Originally, I was looking at a standard washing machine, but they suggested an LG all-in-one washer/dryer combo for a marginal price difference. Knowing we were on the fence for just an all-in-one solely, they threw in a free matching electric dryer with the purchase! However, due to a slight stock change without us reserving the pair (we stopped in the night before, came back next day unannounced with a uHaul), they didn't hesitate to upgrade us to the gas version of the same LG dryer model, all at no extra cost! I was blown away by their commitment to customer satisfaction.
And let's talk about the savings! I also purchased a beautiful GE Cafe refrigerator. All of these appliances were brand new, discounted because they were open box or had minor dings on them. We saved at least $1000 compared to buying them at full retail price. We got top-of-the-line LG and GE appliances for a fraction of the cost!
The owners are truly amazing, and their dedication to providing quality appliances at unbeatable prices is evident. If you're looking for new appliances and want to save a ton of money while supporting a fantastic local business, Appliances4Less is the place to go. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and highly recommend them! Can't recommend...
