It’s been afew years since I have been here. Now I remember why I quit going. Their pricing is crazy. I completely understand making a profit but charging those prices…..,no wonder there wasn’t anyone in the store. That had our generation dolls out of the box behind the counter marketed $49.95 than sell at Target brand new in the box for $24.99. While we were looking at the clothes one of the workers was going RIGHT behind us and pushing the clothes back to one side. I guess she didn’t like us spreading that out to look at, so we quit looking and left. I won’t be stopping there again.

The pricing is out of hand at this place! $49 dollars for a used coat? You do realize that A brand new one is only $75 right?! Not only that when I walked out I saw Old Navy shirts marked for $16.99. Y’all are delusional for pricing things as if you’re a re-seller and not an actual thrift store in a low income area. Want to make more to support your staff and cause? Price things appropriately! That coat should have never been over $19.99. Btw- The Salvation Army down the street sells brand name coats for much cheaper!

Great thriftin' at this store! It is alway nice to come across a thrift store that is organized (to a certain point, as clothes aren't organized by size ) and clean! The prices were a bit more expensive than most thrift stores in Chicago, but nothing outrageous. The hipster in me left the store in a state of frugal ecstasy!

0 star impossible? Well no it's not - this place has become consistently horrid - the clerks (Well, most of them) are uneducated in their disrespectfulness & rudeness; and it needs to stop! This has been happening especially in the evening hrs. (2nd shifters): Boss, &/or Bosses go home and the rats come out to belittle & mistreat employees. They have started closing the store @ least 10 minutes early because they are over zealous to leave, but they abuse shoppers with ill tones of voice & dirty looks. They show their ilk & anger if you come in within 30 minutes of closing. They troll the customers @ that same time, & speak to them with NO education of good manners. No one wants that, & if management doesn't put an end to this, the store will eventually drop in customers, as well as employees, who will eventually get terminated; some of the rudest ones are still hanging around, but they forget: nothing last forever; & the Better Business Bureau still exists today. This store has been reported many times before for this reason, so there is clearly no excuse whatsoever. This store needs to own more diversity ethics in its hiring practices if there is such a protocol in place at all. Hire folks of ALL colors & ethnicities & remind your hispanics - they are liable for their own employment. Inflation is unpleasant, but if the clerks were pleasant & respectful, this would not be as noticeable. Management: Do your duty, & stop the lack of Goodwill cycle! The time for this improvement arrived...

I absolutely love this place, it’s my favorite thrift store in the area, by far! There are 2 things I have an issue with and both seem to be a common complaint, so I do hope that they will take the time to actually address the issues people are telling them, rather than just commenting back saying some generic thing to make the customer feel “heard” … please hear us & listen!!

The prices: The reason people usually go to thrift stores is because they’re struggling financially. I understand that you have to make money / a profit, but you guys don’t even remodel your store or anything & you receive 100% profit off of this stuff… seemingly nothing is put back into the integrity of the store. Everything is still the same as it was 20 years ago. I can’t even imagine how much profit is being made here. (Where does it go?) The prices are jacked up so high, sometimes I’ve seen the same item brand new in store for cheaper! How is this fair and who controls this stuff? The sale days are great, but you can’t use a coupon on sale days… which really stinks. Please consider lowering the prices just a tad bit.

The sizing: it’s hard to find things in specific sizes as they’re all pretty much bunched together, this could be an issue of the customers, as I’ve seen people just throw things back on the rack that definitely don’t...

I have gone to this store many times and have spent plenty of money there, but no more. The people who work there are the worst. So rude and arrogant. Recently my friend and I went there, it was her first time. She chose something to purchase and I told her to watch her cart, because people sometimes take things out. She just had her back to the cart and when she turned around, the item was gone. She told an employee what was missing and described it when I noticed a woman near her who had it hidden in her cart with a large quilt over it. I went and took it back and this woman, Mexican of course had the nerve to go to the counter and say it was hers. Long story short, the young man,(manager?) took it from us and said he couldn't sell it because of the controversy. They always favor the Mexicans and believe me it is like being in Mexico when you go there. Such arrogance. No wonder no...
