If i can i wonât give no stars, joseph known as Jo gave me and my boyfriend a whole lot of bullshit talk and couldnât back none of them. He told us how the military plan will save us a lot, made my boyfriend even get an iphone upgrade saying it will only cost $15 a month with the wifi we got for a $100 dollars. he gave us two weeks to try everything out and said if we werenât satisfied we could return it within that time frame. we went back a week an a half later to return it and he made another deal with us so we could keep the new iphone even tho we wanted to return it. My boyfriend took the phone back skeptically and when he returned it just before the time frame as jo asked he was asked to come back like three days later after when he went back the sent him away with the same excuse saying he should come back some other time because their network is down, this happened two more time until the 30 days return time was met and now they are like â YOU GOTTA KEEP IT MAN, THE 30 DAYS RETURN TIME IS OVERâ MAN whattttt? Its not his fault he couldnât return it yâall gave bullshit excuses until date and now heâs asked to call a customer care to get a special kit for a return cause damn well we are not keeping that phone. Mind you this was from January 16 2025 to February 24 2025.

We began talking to Jorge in November about pricing and how much we would have to pay. He was very patient and very accurate with his pricing. We ended up waiting until the beginning of January to make the switch and we paid A LOT of money for 2 iphone 6s plus 128gb but it was well worth it. Jorge even ordered our iphones a few days before we came in and paid so that we would not have to pay and wait for our phones. He broke down our bills. Where everything was going what insurance to get. Just everything. We left feeling very good about our purchases even though we paid about $1700. It was a great buying experience and we did not feel pressured at all. Since switching to verizon we have had maybe two small problems that Jorge took care of right away.
