I'm usually an optimistic and understanding guy but when I have an issue 3 out of the 4 times I have been here something is truly wrong.
I made an order online around 11pm to take advantage of a deal I just learned it was like 3 select items for 5 dollars or something and so I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, medium fries, and a chicken sandwich, the chicken was fine but the cheese burger was very obviously a wopper jr with just bacon and cheese, and the fries are halfsies instead of just fries and I understand it was near closing time but take the time to prepare a quality meal
I ordered there at the drive thru and I usually eat my burgers pretty plain and they give it to me with condiments I didn't want so I asked them to have it plain a second time and I left without checking it just to notice later that it still wasn't plain, they just removed the lettuce
Today's fiasco is what truly made me write this review, so I left work for my break and came here because It's very near home and I assumed I'd be able to just get a quick meal and sit at home and eat for the extended break I had so as it goes I pull into the drive thru and start listing my order and the lady says in the middle of my order "hold on for a moment" didn't bother me much, then she came back and I continued listing my order and she does it again, and comes back for me to finally finish saying my order for her to read it off and it sounds correct so I pull up to the window and I'm greeted by no one as I hear a bunch of laughing and name calling from the back because they left the window open, and after a couple minutes I am greeted by the lady who took my order and she gives me a brief break down of the list and everything sounded right except for the drink which I had her correct then I pay and get the receipt, I look at it and I notice, the fries are the wrong size it still has the wrong drink despite me asking her to change it so when I pull up to the final window they try to give me a small coke which I didn't ask for that I asked for a strawberry frozen icee, then they come back and say "medium coke" and I tell them again that I asked for the strawberry icee, and then they attempt to hand me an entirely different drink which isn't even what I asked for, and I tell them a third time what I asked for. So then they get the lady who originally took my order because I guess they didn't understand what I was saying or something so I relay it back to her and so I finally get my drink and I had to tell them that I wanted the fries large because the receipt said small, and so after sitting at the window for nearly 30 minutes we finally get all the food and I pull in the parking lot to check and my burger is not plain in spite of me asking twice for it to be plain, so I go inside and wait about 5 minutes to get some service and finally they come and tell the cook that I want my burger and what bothered me while waiting is I see the person who was at the final window and they were making fries WITH NO GLOVES WHATSOEVER and I almost didn't want mine at that sight but I bared through it and I watched the cook make my food to ensure it was correct and it finally was, and 40 minutes later I leave to go home which is 2 minutes away and all of my food is cold INCLUDING THE BURGER THAT WAS JUST REMADE IN FRONT OF ME. Read moreI went to the drive thru around 4pm on 8.28.24 and let them know I had a coupon code. Told them my drink and how I wanted my whopper toppings. I was asked to come to the window to show code. I got to the window and showed him the paper of coupons and he said oh he thought it was a phone app code. But he took it. He simmer to be new I hadn’t saw him there. So he called for help and the manger or them lead came and moved the person out the way and SCREAMED at me saying you need to cut the coupons out. I was on the phone with my daughter and she was very concerned and asked who is that? What’s going on? Are you ok? I replied to him saying sir I am a costumer. I was instructed to come to the window. Since covid the NEVER take the coupon as long as they see it. So this was new to me. I was telling my daughter that the man was yelling at me about the coupon not being cut. He then returned to the window yelling again saying you need to cut the coupons we don’t cut coupons here. I said again sir I am a customer. And he screamed again and I asked him what is your name. And he ran off. They gave me a regular pink lemonade and I wanted the new frozen one and asked the cashier could he change it he was very nice and still struggling with the coupon. While the guy returned to yell about cutting the coupon out and that they don’t cut coupons there. He doesn’t know if I’m handicap have arthritis or what. And this is unusual to me that they even want the actual coupon as long as they see it. VERY VERY VERY VERY RUDE!! While my daughter was on the phone and very concerned about what was going on. But I just said to him sir I am a customer. And I did as I was directed. I even asked the nice cashier to give me the thing back and I would take it out and he was like no it’s ok. Specifically I asked her for a a pie From deep freezer as know bk policy's being a former worker and she refused it, but yet gives a different customer different from me what he asked for by going into the back as she lied to me saying last one as we don't got anymore till next shipment. Food was cold. We went there around 1130 am as nothing was off the broiler as she had selective hearing to our party as she had a good staff. I am unsure if she is doesn't understand English but we are in America as a Mgr should be fluent too in English like Spanish. There are training programs.
