American Legion post 202 — Local services in Hackensack

We weren't expecting much from a Legion but decided to try it anyway. They were very backed up and busy, so we were patient. Our table, unfortunately, was next to the pull-tab booth. People literally standing over you while you hover over your food.

Service is non-existent. You order at the counter, go get your own drinks, etc., so not reviewing that at all.

It was steak night, which is a good deal, but the steaks are not the best cuts. Husband was disappointed. I had a bacon cheeseburger and it was good. Prices are not bad, either. Perhaps going on a less-busy night would be a...
