Absolutely Incredible DJ Experience with Ryan Burns! We had the absolute pleasure of having Ryan Burns DJ our wedding at Firefly Event Barn in Nevis, MN, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Ryan brought the perfect energy, professionalism, and creativity to make our night unforgettable. One of the things that made our wedding so seamless and fun was the amazing partnership between Ryan and Lindsey, the owner of Firefly. You can tell they’ve worked together many times. They were totally in sync, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Music Magic Ryan curated the perfect playlist that kept the dance floor packed all night long. He struck a flawless balance between slow, romantic songs and upbeat, high-energy tracks that had guests of all ages dancing and smiling.

Interactive Fun He didn’t just play music, he brought the party to life with fun games that got everyone involved and laughing. It was the kind of entertainment that made our wedding feel personal and lively.

Photo Booth Perfection Ryan’s son did an amazing job managing the photo booth throughout the night. At the end, we received a beautifully assembled book filled with all the photo strips, each signed by our guests. It’s a keepsake we’ll treasure forever.

Surprise Flash Drive As the night wrapped up, Ryan surprised us with a flash drive containing highlights from the evening. It was such a thoughtful and cool way to help us relive the memories.

Visual Touches Ryan had TVs set up next to his DJ booth playing music videos for every song which was such a unique touch we added. At one point, he displayed our first dance photos on the screen which was an incredible moment that wowed our guests.

Smoke Cannons One of the most unforgettable parts of the night was getting to use Ryan’s smoke cannons. They added such a dramatic and fun flair to the dance floor and made for some absolutely incredible photos and videos.

Wedding day 10/03/20 Spectrum Entertainment was recommended to us by our wedding venue manager. Ryan Burns was our DJ. Ryan was extremely professional and incredibly accommodating to all our wishes and plans. He met with us multiple times before our wedding day to make sure he knew exactly what we were looking for from him and had our very tight schedule down perfectly.

We ended up losing our wedding coordinator just before the wedding day and when it came down to that morning it seemed that we would never be able to get everything figured out in time. When Ryan got there he didn't need anything from us. He was set up before we even knew it and started playing prelude music before the ceremony. We ended up being well behind schedule for the ceremony but Ryan just continued to play and made everything a comfortable wait for everyone. Ryan took care of all our microphones and songs during the ceremony as well. Everything went perfectly. Later at the reception we had a very tight window to be able to fit in the grand entrance, meal, speeches, newlywed games, and father/daughter, Mother/son dances. Ryan took everything into his own hands and made sure we stayed on schedule. Ryan went way above and beyond to make sure everything went so smoothly for us on our special day. He did an absolutely incredible job.

Looking back at it now we realize he was the perfect guy for the job and we couldn't have imagined us having anyone else. He was such a HUGE help keeping everything so organized and running smoothly. We are very thankful for everything he did, wouldn't have changed a single thing. We would...

I cannot say enough amazing things about Ryan and his son! The service we received was above and beyond- he was hands down one of our top vendors. Ryan helped with planning smaller details prior to the wedding (I.E. lighting, DJ setup, add ons for my specific wedding theme, monogram, photo booth, etc). He even went so far as to get a new machine to surprise me and my husband during our first dance and make it "snow" to fit our wedding vision. This surprise is what made our first dance so special and we are forever grateful for his thoughtfulness and attention to details and attitude to make things happen! In our pre-wedding meeting he made sure that his script fit exactly what I wanted and helped plan the perfect timeline to keep guests engaged and entertained throughout the night. He was very attentive throughout the night as well checking on me and my husband to make sure we were ok and let us know when we were moving to the next item on the schedule.

Even with all of the above he did fantastic at keeping guests on the dance floor or at the Photo Booth for fun memories- complete with a keepsake book for us to keep and look back on! His outgoing personality and way he navigates each situation is amazing for a party atmosphere. I still have guests talking about how fantastic the wedding was due to our fabulous DJ!
