I am sorry for you experience. I have been working at that store for 17 years now and we try very hard to meet everyone’s needs. We have been requiring receipts on returns due to the fact that there has been many instances of people trying to return things that have been purchased at other stores. IE: Home Depot, Menard,s, Ace, Etc. As for the propane issue, we have also have had problems with people dropping off tanks to be filled, will be back to pick up and pay. And they pick up there tanks and don’t pay for them. When a few people start taking advantage of us then we must put these policies in place. Said he needed to start from scratch but it was wound too many times around. Looked like 3 times around was too many? Anyway, he strapped it down and said “keep an eye on it. I hadn’t made it to the edge of town and straps came undone, insulation all over 371. Cars had to drive around it and over it and one couple helped me pick it up.
