Pip & Sarah were a dream team for South Jersey house hunting!

We were first time home buyers looking to move from the city. The team made this process as easy as possible.

They were incredibly responsive, respectful and joyful to work with. Pip managed to get our offer through seamlessly while on a vacation. Our close process was also very smooth. We ended up going Pip’s recommended contacts throughout the process even after researching for comparison.

When we started to get a little antsy and expand our geography further than we should have, Pip gracefully recentered us without being pushy. He helped us refocus on our dream house and stay patient.

We were not originally going to look at our house. The pictures didn’t initially excite us. However, I’ll Sarah went to our now home for a broker event and contacted us shortly after. The house met our asks perfectly. The pictures missed some of our must haves that ended up being present in the house. We are now happily settling into our home in a walkable neighborhood.

I also appreciate Pip & Sarah’s involvement with the Haddon Ave community. The JFK living group was very involved with Haddon Pride. It made us happy to support a group that pours so generously back into the community they sell in.

JFK Living is the best! I first met Jeremiah in 2022. I called the office in a panic after a different listing agent severely undervalued my home. I was already under contract with a builder for a new townhouse and needed to move fast. Jeremiah met with me the following day, and without me sharing the details of the other meeting, quoted a list price much closer to what I had in mind and put me at ease. After being on the market for FIVE days, Jeremiah secured an offer at $45k above listing and favorable terms. My final sale price was $100k more the original agent quoted!

Fast forward two years and I realized townhouse living wasn’t for me. This time I worked with Pip to find a single family house back in my hometown, Marlton. We saw one house and I absolutely fell in love. Pip quickly built a relationship with the listing agent and devised a strategy of when and how to make the offer. Four days later I was under contract with my dream home but still searching for a buyer of my townhouse. After two weeks on the market, two offers came in and Pip expertly negotiated to get me the best deal, including closing on my home before my purchase with a $0 rent back so that I had all the funds to make my purchase.

Though I hope to not move again anytime soon, Pip and Jeremiah are the best and will always be my first...
