Primo Water Ice — Restaurant in Haddon Township

This is our goto for Gelati's, Waterice and Softserve Ice cream. Truly Yummy!

Update: Unfortunately, this is no longer our goto. Our last two visits (last week and last evening) were extremely disappointing, as the Gelati with Mint Chocolate Chip Waterice and Chocolate Soft Serve was terrible. The waterice was hard and icy, with such overpowering mint, that it actually felt like my tongue was burning. I asked my wife to try it, since I was surprised, and she agreed that something was way off with this batch. Last night I tried a Gelati with Chocolate Peanut Butter waterice with Chocolate Soft Serve. The waterice again was icy, not smooth and almost creamy as in the past. The server's appear to be High School age employee's, that enteract with each other more than the customers, and didn't really have an interest in my pointing out my experience. Where's the supervision?

Primo Water Ice's success in attracting a large volume of people, may have gotten to the point that quality is no longer a priority, and quantity is all that matters....

Joy to children’s hearts defines Primo. It is first and foremost a family friendly delivery of satisfaction at affordable prices. They have an unbelievable selection of water ice, hard ice cream, and sundaes. Their children’s portions are substantial and so are the adult sizes. But be prepared, bring cash as they only accept credit cards with purchases over 15$. They’re a family business and have great offers for the community. When my wife was pregnant they gave her five free items which I thought was the sweetest offer to meet the needs of my wife craving certain desserts during a trying pregnancy. That’s just one example of their outstanding service to the community. Located on Haddon Ave right near Cuthbert Blvd it is hard not to miss and don’t miss it if you want a sweet treat. Way more affordable than Rita’s and made with passion. A gem for sure where it is hard to find a good old fashioned ice cream joint these days. Don’t let your summer go by without multiple...

I live in Florida and came to Jersey to visit family. We randomly stopped here last night. I must say everything in the shop caught my attention starting from the smile and service from Gracie. First this I notice was the incentive for expecting mothers and she explained the owners husband came up with that idea. It was my first time trying water ice and with so many options on the menu I wanted to try it all lol Gracie went over a few flavors with me and was very patient as I was super indecisive since all the options looked yummy. I ultimately picked a vanilla soft serve cone with sprinkles AND Mango water ice the quality was great but of course I would expect that since my experience from beginning to end was wonderful. Will probably go back before leaving back...
