Nice staff, very helpful buuuttttt
DO NOT GET YOUR PASSPORT PHOTOS DONE HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO LOOK NICE. We all know the horror of getting passport photos. They never look good but I swear they look worse if you get them here I should have just told them to cancel it and just left. They charge $20 for passport photos (I only went because I saw they were supposed to be around $12 otherwise I would have gone elsewhere). Photos are taken on a phone and its just using the overhead fluorescent store lights which are poor quality and directly above where you sit to have the photos taken. There are weird shadows that donāt appear in natural lighting. The photo honestly makes it look like Iām on something and am standing under a dim lamp post. Again, theyāre really nice and other services have been great, but do not go here for passport photos. Wildly overpriced and poor quality.

I did connect with the new owner after they asked me to email the store. They seemed very personable. While they first thought it could have been a mistake the staff member who took the photo made, I assured them that the staff member was without blame and simply making the best of what resources were available to them. There is a designated spot for these photos to be taken with a backdrop and the store lighting is what it is. The owner kindly offered to let me retake the photos but due to time constraints, having a redo on a later date just wasnāt an option. I did however take photos at home, used an online passport photo checker ($13), and had them printed at a local drugstore ($0.35). Iām now out the $20 I spent at UPS but the quality is much better and they actually look like me. It does sound like they may look into some improvements to make this less of a concern moving forward. I still personally wouldnāt use this store for this service in particular but still intend to use them for other services...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLOVE this location! I am a small business owner and I send packages quite frequently. This store is a bit out of my way. But I wonāt go to any other UPS store. The staff is super friendly and informative. They always make me feel like my business is appreciated and that they are more than happy to help. Even when my package was misplaced (and believe me I was irate) they completely understood why I was upset and did their best to not only explain the process they had to take in order to locate it, but kept me informed of their progress. They also credited me the next day air charge! Iāve had the same issue happen at other stores and believe me they arenāt as attentive! If youāve ever had a bad experience with UPS give this store a try and they will certainly restore your faith! š 5 stars and two thumbs up! If I could give them more I would! š Iāve seen some other reviews on here in regards to their displeasure in the lost package process. But you need to understand that itās not as simple as clicking your mouse. Thereās steps involved, claims to be made. It takes time to get the answers and some people just canāt accept that. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI walked 2 miles from my home in 94+ degree heat tonight to have 2 documents notarized. I entered the store minutes after 5 pm. and was told that the notary leaves at 5 o'clock. This is unacceptable, if you advertise your store hours to be 8 to 6pm. then the services that you provide should also be available. There is nothing on the web site that states there is a notary only until 5 pm. I suggest you get a couple more associates certified to be a notary so you can provide end to end services. Most people work 9-5, therefore having this service until you close would allow you to have repeat business.
The young lady in the store attempted to tell me that the sign on the wall states that notary services are only until 5 pm... that does not help me when I walked to the store, how would I know you have a sign in the store, and nothing posted on the web site. She told me I should have called first, why would I when they state they are open until 6?
Not being able to provide this service during your normal business hours is a huge miss on your part. Very poor...
