Hi, I am a visitor in MA and was shopping for a MK bag. Julie the store manager was very helpful and charming. However the staff at the counter was rude and mean, she was arrogant, didn't greet,smile or thank. Rather she made the entire experience toxic with her arrogance and sneers. There was an error in the tag price and Julie apologized and was very empathetic however the other lady was obnoxious and arrogant. The lady was likely Mexican and Julie would know. I left the store without purchase because of her attitude. I did come back later and picked this up through another Agent, while the Mexican staff continued to sneer, giggle and make me uncomfortable. I had two shirt sets (one with 2 shirts), (one with 2 shirts) and when I came out of the fitting room, the worker who had taken over suddenly told me I was “missing an item.” I explained I wasn’t the one who counted—her coworker did. She responded with “whatever,” which was incredibly unprofessional.

I asked why I needed to show an id for my purchase (I was not asked what my form of payment I would be using) and was told it standard practice to ask for an id on debit or credit cards over $100 because of fraud. I informed the employee that I was paying with cash and was told to forget about what was said . I am an African American and I felt targeted because of my color .
