My new favorite dispensary! The folks who work here are all so friendly and helpful. Never felt uncomfortable asking about the different products available and how to use them most effectively. They were also a huge help when I had an issue with a dab pen I'd bought from them that wasn't working properly. A+ customer service for sure! I also really enjoy their selection of flower and concentrates. The staff helped explain the terpene lists for each strain so that I could choose the best one for my needs. Big Baby Slice is a favorite so far. Great quality bud and the jars they come in are so nice I'm keeping the empty ones for storage containers.
The one thing I'd love to see more of is CBD products. It's been hard to find high quality and potent CBD products and they are a life saver for me (and lots of folks I know). Since Heirloom just opened recently, I'm excited to see what new items they bring in...
Read moreWell worth the trip, if only to say goodbye to someone I didn't know was leaving for 'bigger and better' (my words, not theirs). I did find a few good deals, and it was a nice ride off my beaten path. I'll be back, at some point, but given the place is no different than other dispensaries, I'll be a minute before I make the trek back to this particular branch- not that it doesn't have a good supply, it does, but I still can get similar products at the other branch, but if I had to come here, it wouldn't break my heart. Thanks for having such cool staff, sorry they seem to leave just when I start to get familiar with their faces, but I certainly don't have the funding I used to; given this economy, and my penchant for wanting to eat, and needing this medicine to help to make me hungry, I do have hard time finding the budget that allows me the ability to have both...
Read moreThe Heirloom Collective in Hadley engages in gender discrimination.
Today I went in and Lauren stared at me but didn't greet me. It was really awkward. Felt bad. Another bud tender saw that I wasn't being helped and greeted me.
I said something about it to the person who helped me and did a great job. And then as I left it appeared to me Lauren and J were quietly laughing at me in a mean-spirited way.
I have noticed in past visits that J also sometimes provides poor customer service by not being friendly. For example refusing to say hello and that sort of thing.
I asked a manager about it and it seems clear that they allow and encourage gender discrimination, emphasizing that they hire a lot of female budtenders and give them preferential treatment including being willing to discriminate against male customers at their discretion. Really...
