worst experi once ever. My 78 year old mother called to cancel her contract on monday april 7 2025. after stating that they attempted to pick up the recliner on monday and tuesday. she gets charged on wednesday for another month. Manager was extremely rude and stated he made attempts to get past our security guard shack with no avail . Security calls us whenever someone isn’t on list to enter and i have received no such calls. Today on wednesday April 9th 2025 I spoke to said manager who stated he supposedly sent eddie out to get the recliner and wasn’t able to get past security a. I requested mothers money back since they clearly have not tried to retrieve the item , manager states that’s not happening. He would however have someone here today to pick up the chair. 7:30 pmm and no one has shown up . Spoke to complaint line and awaiting regional manager to step in. and weary of this company. they are predatory towards the elderly we have experienced this first hand. Tonight , I called Aaron’s after NO LIE …I shopped around !!! After speaking to my go to Saleswoman, Eileen Pazmino ! I knew I was in good hands , she listened to my needs , what my pocket could afford and most of all my style of furniture! She took pictures and sent them to me , she sent me the application , called me back in a timely manner !! Even after agreeing on a bedroom set she did a quick look over of the bedroom set , found a blemish and got me a great discount ! Poor customer service and the manager George is extremely disrespectful I have been cursed out by him and other employees at this establishment do not rent or buy from them. I went 3 days passed my payment date cause it fell on a day I didn't get paid they called me 3 times a day and called my references when they spoke to me everytime they called I asked they why they where calling my references and they told me cause they haven't received a payment also when I tried to make a payment arrangement they told me no unless they got my card info to put on file.
