Probably the worst service I have had at a fast food restaurant. From the time I pulled into the drive thru line until I received my order; it took 27 minutes. I would have left the line but I was boxed in and had to wait so I ordered and received my food. I was told via the speaker that Burger King is short handed. I told the lady, I just want to order. How is being short handed, my fault. I work just everyone else. I am only coming to the fast food restaurant to buy food. The staff is rude, when asked any questions. They do not wear nametags from leadership down to the cashier associate. Leadership didn't want to acknowledge she was leadership when I wanted to express my concern for how long I was waiting at her Fast Food location. How are the wait times effective? I asked for compensation since I waiting in line for 27 minutes but the girl who was in charge didn't want to come to the window. Also, I asked for a comment card, the cashier told me that she didn't have any and that she didn't have a name when I asked where her name tag is because I wanted to write a comment to the franchise owner. She told me the store is a corporate store. I asked for the web link and phone number, but no one wanted to provide them to me. I definitely will not being visiting this burger king again. If workers want more money...show up for work and work. There was a needy family just outside the restaurant with two healthy young teenagers asking for handouts. If you are so short staffed, solicit job opportunities for the family and possibly provide them food. Looking for the corporate number so I can call and voice...
Read moreI recently went to Burger King and it seems like every time I go there it's always an issue. First off they always mess up my sandwich even though the Cashier properly takes my order. Maybe the person who makes the sandwich can't read because my burger always comes with extra onions when it's suppose to be no onions. The chicken tenders are always stale. I thought a manager was suppose to be a role model, a leader. Someone the other workers and managers along with loyal customers can depend on. I thought a managers job is to supervise normal operations and take care of a customers in a professional manner. Well that's not what Albert did at all. At first he refused to give me a refund even though he was the one who put the onions on my whopper. I know it was him because there was only one other person there which was the cashier at the drive thru window. That's when drive thru began to get busy that when he started yelling and knocking cups over acting like a 4 year old throwing a tantrum. He even slamed the front register as he was giving me my refund. Albert is a horrible manager in my opinion. It's obvious that he folds under pressure. Yelling at customers over something that was his fault was beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. I feel like the store manager or the home office needs to do something about Alberts unprofessional, childish, and disrespectful actions. If he cant handle his job give it to me because I know I can do his job ten times better and treat customers with the respect...
