Hobby Lobby — Local services in Halfway

First time in a Hobby Lobby. I was very impressed! Very clean and organized. Tons of product, and really great prices. Very easy to find help throughout the store. However, they loose 1 star for checkout. There was a hold up at one of the registers and the other had a long line. So while I waited what seemed forever to get checked out, I observed about 5 employees standing around talking and laughing at the front of the store by all of the closed registers. If these were not cashiers, they should have went somewhere else to chat. It really irritated me to see that while I stood in a long line for longer than I should have. Even though, I will travel an hour to shop at a Hobby Lobby from now on, rather than going to that other over priced disorganized empty craft store that merged with the other craft store that was better than the one...

I went to this store for my first time and absolutely loved everything in store and spent almost 350$ I was very upset when I got home and one of my bags broke and a item I bought dropped and broke as well, the item was 19.99 . I called the store to see if I could exchange the item and the manager I spoke with explained anything that leaves the stores Doors is not their responsibility. I am a front end manager at a store so I found it very insane they would not exchange an item that broke because of their cheap bag. I will be returning all of the items I bought and never return to this location this was verry...

Had a problem with a picture I had bought in the Chambersburg store ( the glass had a crack in it, which I didn't realize until I got home) and I took it in to the Hagerstown store to exchange it and they didn't have the exact picture, so of course I was a little upset but assistant manager Seth went above and beyond to help the situation and offered to replace the glass. What a great person he is to have working at your store. He was very helpful and I just wanted to let you know what a great job he did. Thanks again Seth! One...
