Love their deals here and overall great experiences every time I’ve been. But recently my fiancé ordered cowboy hats in person from them for our wedding, multiple hats. He was informed they weren’t in stock but could have them ordered and delivered to this location. Went to this location when they said they would be ready. Informed they were sent to the wrong location but would get it fixed and sent to this location. Told them we would have to get them once we were back in town. Now we’re back in town and being informed we need to go to the other location to get the hats or to wait until the day of our wedding to get the hats to this location. Said they contacted us once in the two week time frame since the hats were ordered. Just really disorganized and not much communication.
