Pho Hotpot and Crawfish 7 — Restaurant in Haltom City

My younger brother and I absolutely love Phở Hotpot and Crawfish 7. We come to this restaurant fairly often to order some takeout for lunch or dinner. My younger brother is a big fan of rice dishes, so he has frequently ordered grilled pork chop, fried egg, shredded pork skin, baked egg meatloaf and deep fried chicken with rice. Now speaking of Vietnamese deep fried/crispy skin chicken dish, this restaurant makes it best seriously. I highly highly highly recommend y’all try this particular dish if y’all haven’t yet. And if y’all dine out here, please get ready to taste some yummy-juicy-crispy chicken pieces serve with tomato rice, sliced cucumbers and tomatoes, their signature dipping sauce, and be sure to ask for some lightly seasoned, broth-based small bowl of soup for the complete restaurant experience!!! The owner lady and the server lady are kind, attentive and lovely people. They make me feel at home whenever I come in. You can rest assured that they’ll take great care of you.

Me and my friends pay separately . At checkout, they confirmed we ordered 2 lb. crawfish and show on their credit card machine. After they print out and I sign without notice they charged me 4lb crawfish. Then I called them about two extra charged. The cashier refused to refund and hang up the phone. Then I went their to confront them about the issue. I told them what exactly what we ordered, but the cashier was very rude and refused to refund us even though her colleague who was our sever that day told her that we only order 2lb crawfish.

I could've just dispute the charge on the credit card but I choose to pay what I order so I went their to solve the this issue. I told her she can check the camera. The cashier very impatient about the issue and told us that was not big deal. She need wait for tomorrow call the boss and check the camera . I am very disappoint .

Look, I'm going to say pretty much what everyone else said, but it needs to be said. Pho Hot Pot is an absolute hidden gem and I almost don't want to tell you about it because I want to keep it for myself. My wife and I love Pho and we have been to Pho restaurants all over DFW. Pho Hot Pot literally left me speechless. My wife, on her first sip of the broth looked at me in shock and said. " OH! That's it! We're never going anywhere else." And she was right. We obviously have been to other places since then, and it was good, but it was not on the level that we enjoyed at Pho Hot Pot. Additionally, their menu is extensive with options you won't find any where else. I can't think of any where else you can get Pho and lobster. I could go on and on but seriously this place is everything everyone says it is...
