Ordered at the drive thru. Approaching the window there was an elderly lady talking loudly to the drive thru window worker. The older woman drove up and the worker extended her hand to take payment. Without making sure she had the right order, without speaking, being polite and saying good morning or anything courteous. So as I drove towards the window and stopped, the drive thru worker looked at me with the window open. Didn’t say anything as I waited to see if she was going to speak. So as I rolled my window up she began to walk towards the window. Hmm?? Really?? Again she didn’t speak. Just held her hand out. So I kept my window rolled up and waited a min. Rolled my window down and she still didn’t speak. Held her hand out as I rolled my window back up again. And obviously it’s not just me. So the plus size woman grabbed an orange juice and spoke to me as I rolled my window back down. Customer service is bad at this building. She didn’t want to speak to the elderly woman or me. I drove up a bit to check my order I heard her speaking to the Hispanic couple behind me. The racism at this establishment from the mexican women is pathetic and has been going on for far too long. Read moreLet me start by saying, there are some employees that work here that are really very nice and the food is mostly decent, so this 1 star is not for them. BUT, the customer service received from most of the employees nearly every single time we visit is extremely rude. The last straw for us is when my husband went to place an order in the drive thru and the employee straight up told him that he did not want to make his order, and would not make his order. Seriously?? So we contacted Jack In the Box corporate through the website and was told that someone would be contacting us. That never happened. We later received an email survey about how the issue was resolved, and we had to report that nobody ever contacted us to resolve anything. To this day, we still have not received any form of contact, apology, explanation, etc. This is the closest location to our home, but we do drive out of the way to go to the location on HWY 26 in Richland Hills/North Richland Hills because they are so much friendlier.

She asked me how many sauces I wanted and I told her she then proceeded to charge me without telling me she was and I asked wait are you charging me and she said okay I should get one free and she said no and she told me that you couldn't eat buttermilk with curly fries it's only free if you eat it with other items I'd like to know who made those rules. A condiment is a condiment no matter what kind of food you eat it with. It's really hard to understand that somebody made a list of foods that you can and cannot get free sauces with. Not to mention the fact that she was charging me without telling me I would be charged .
