There had been a mix up with the order of a fruit and chocolate bouquet my daughter sent me for birthday. (she lives in Texas and used a 3rd party company that then used Carella's to fulfill the order) Susan immediately and pleasantly rectified the situation. This past week I had to pleasure to work with Susan and her staff for an arrangement being sent over as a gift. There was miscommunication with a 3rd party vendor who helped with this particular package l, but Susan and her team went beyond above and beyond to make this experience seamless. I’d say they went to INFINITY and BEYOND to make sure this package was delivered fresh and in a timely manner. They offer delivery within a 15 mi.
