Terrible customer service. I went and placed a balloon order for my daughters first birthday party, and specifically asked for hi float, the employees name was Jamie. She was also talking to her friends who DID NOT work there. I asked for hifloat so I could pick them up early for a night time party and not have to worry about it. Not to mention I special ordered the balloons so this canāt be fixed. I picked them up today and the two probabaly high school manner less females working there said oh well itāll be fine she didnāt charge you, and acting like itās my problem and not a big deal. This was my daughter FIRST BIRTHDAY that the decorations are now non replaceable and will be ruined before the partyās over. No apology, no money back for ruining my order, just attitude. I asked when a manager will be in and apparently thereās no manager ever in the store?! The only person who was trying to be helpful and polite was Kathy. Iām not sure who hired these girls I there no manager lol, but they need to be fired and not work with people. My daughters first birthday is very important to me and they ruined the decoration aspect and were extremely rude 8 donāt know the two girls names but it was Sunday August 18th at 1030 am. And obviously thereās a manager who works there so Iām very disappointed in the lies and terrible customer service
Edit to response: Yes they were helium filled as written on the receipt. I have NEVER been here before so how would I know that the cashier said ok for hi-float and didnāt charge me. My point was she was too busy talking to her friends who came in and didnāt fill my order correctly and as I knew half the balloons were down before her party was over. I didnāt care about paying more and it wasnāt MY responsibility to alert anyone being I told her I wanted that and she said okay. So the owner is literally defending poor customer service and blaming a customer. It was literally a waste of my money and nothing was done to rectify...

After renting the tank we drove 45 minutes to our party location to a childās birthday party. The helium tank was not full of helium but just air. I called the store and discussed this matter with this employee . She was not apologic but just told us to bring the tank back to the store! I explained that it took 45 mins to drive to the store and another 45 mins to the party. I begged her to let my husbnd pick up another tank and we would return the useless tank! Her answer was NOš” ! When placing the order, I showed the girl taking the order a picture of what I envisioned it looking like - it was free standing and clearly made with helium balloons. She assured me that the arch would look like the picture I showed her. I paid $59.99 upfront and when I went to pick it up the night before the event, the arch was nothing like the picture - they just blew up balloons and strung them together using the arch DIY plastic band. It was not freestanding at all. No helium. We had a horrible time trying to put it up for his stage background decoration and eventually were able to but we received a product different then what we were promised.
