My fiancé had purchased a Verragio engagement ring from Trent Jewelers. The staff and the owner are incredibly down to earth, good hearted people. I was sized for my ring and we picked out a diamond. Verragio's rings are custom made when you purchase them, and the ring itself needs to be sent from Verragio back to the jewelry store. Verragio and their customer service skills are horrendously subpar. For about 4 months, Trent Jewelers was my advocate in making sure that I received nothing but the best from the Verragio company. Initially, Verragio made my ring in the incorrect size, stating then that Trent Jewelers had sized me wrong, which was completely incorrect of them to even say. Then, when Verragio re-sized my ring, they damaged the intricate detailing on the sides where the beading is. Upon attempting to then have Verragio again fix their mistakes, they just completely grinded down and buffed away all the detailing to my ring on the one side they had damaged. I was now left with an asymmetrical ring. Verragio continued to deny their wrongdoings, and even REFUSED to replace my setting which they had damaged 3 times over.

Trent Jewelers was BEYOND accommodating, they had literally given me every option so that they could do what they could, for me, to remedy Verragio's mistakes and terrible customer service. Trent Jewelers genuinely wants their customers to be happy, and that is what customer service is all about. To make ME, the customer, happy. Needless to say, I have my ring back, all thanks to Trent Jewelers and their AMAZING talent, and their AMAZING staff. They will forever be the jeweler I go to, forever and ever. LOVE...

🙌What a lovely experience at Trent Jewelers. Several helpful staff members greet you immediately and make you feel at home in their beautiful place! After collecting random pieces of jewelry through the years and inheriting some pieces, my sister and I needed some guidance in liquidating some items. As a local resident, I've passed the store often and figured I would reach out via email to see if they had time for me to stop by. Louise was very cordial and timely with her response and noted that no appointment was necessary. I have never sold jewlery in this manner and was a bit leary. The store provides a large window to watch the sorting and classification process for your items. There are several boxes (cross your fingers is goes in a good one). Even watching that sorting is pretty cool! Peter is very skilled and efficient with his work. Not only extremely professional and honest but every single staff member we encountered was very skilled in the customer service and genuinely enjoyed their job. We were immediately offered payment if we desired to sell our pieces. And what I really loved was the nice down home chat. This is a top-notch, family owned jewelry store. I recently went in needing a new setting for my engagement ring but I wasn't sure what I wanted. Linda took her time to show me the options and make sure I found the perfect setting. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured, she even took her time to find similar lower-priced options to show me so I'd have enough comparison to make a decision. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful, kind and patient as I went back and forth between a few options. Ultimately I went with a setting that had to be custom made. They took the time to explain the process and the timeline. I just got my ring and it is absolutely perfect. It's even more beautiful than I imagined!
