Bought Yocan Orbit dab pen. box was missing items and the unit started to malfunction after a week. Took it back to the store and they would not do squat for me no troubleshoot or exchange nothing, so i bought bought new quartz cup thinking that was the problem no luck, friend of mine has same unit so tried his battery with my stuff and seems to be the battery. Took quartz cup back to store they did return that.. told them what i had found their response was contact Yocan. This is the worst costumer service ever next time Ill buy online and pay 20 less So imo...
