Lucky7 Deli & Convenience Store — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

It’s been a while since I last visited this lucky 7 probably before Covid first hit. After walking in I was greeted by the clerk which was nice and I noticed the store itself was under stocked and almost all the drink machines weren’t working. I ordered a half American hoagie and I believe it came out to $8. I waited out front of the deli counter for a few minutes and noticed there wasn’t anybody there. I thought oh well if it comes to it I’ll ask the clerk what’s going on with it. Right after I had that thought someone walked out from the back and asked if I had an order and I said yeah for an American hoagie. They washed their hands right away and got right to making my sandwich and it was done in a minute. The size in my opinion is probably a normal persons whole size so for the price it was very good. The hoagie itself was good nothing crazy, but I definitely enjoyed it. It was very sad to see this place look like it had no life when before Covid when I used to go here all the shelves were stocked and I’m pretty sure there was more workers too. I ordered via grub hub, a bacon, egg and cheese. I received a roll, which is not what I wanted. I called them and they said that they ran out of all bagel. Seriously?! I told the guy why didn't you call me to see if I wanted to continue with a order, which was 48.00 for two bacon, egg and cheese on bagel, 1 order of home fries, and a bottle of water. I would not have spent this money for a bacon, egg and cheese on a roll. He lied the whole time, first stating I didn't order a bagel, which is clearly on the order, than he said he didn't have my number to call me to tell me they had no bagel, which again was clearly on the order. He also didn't provide any utensils to eat the home fries and he said I didn't ask for it when I clearly checked off the box asking for it. I'm so tired of business charging so much for their services, food, etc and getting away with not providing what...

This place used to be good now new management its horrible. They mess my order up everytime time I go there. Just got home open my food its totally diffrent than what I ordered called back they refuse to issue a refund. The reason I want a refund this time is because they have done this to me atleast 15 times. Before they would offer to remake it correctly. Their excuse they are overwhelmed in the back. What does that have to do with my order and money? If I order something and pay for it thats what I should recieve. I would advise take the extra drive and go to one of the other locations preferably Lawrenceville. I would not order a Sprite soda from this place more than likely they'll mess that up too.
