This is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The equipment is top-notch, there is a sauna in the men's and women's locker rooms, and there’s everything you need whether you’re just starting out, you’re serious about building muscle, or excelling in the power-lifting world.
What really sets this gym apart, though, is the owner & atmosphere. He genuinely cares about creating a positive, safe environment for everyone who walks through the door. He’s kind, but also firm when it comes to respect—disrespect toward others or the gym itself simply isn’t tolerated. Because of that, you never feel judged or uncomfortable here. Read moreI have been at PSA for a little over 3 months now and this has been the best gym I have been to after being in a commercial gym setting for years. Top tier equipment: Atlantis, Arsenal Strength, RAW, and many more up and coming brand equipment selection as they continue to upgrade their facility. They always do a great job cleaning up the gym often. The employees at the front desk are nice and are always willing to be social and help when needed to provide the best gym experience. Great atmosphere for people who are serious in their goals for bodybuilding, powerlifting, and any other strength sport. Also love that there are many mirrors for selfies to show off your hard work after getting a sick pump especially the mirror near the locker rooms. Those are the best. 10/10...

It’s pretty crazy since we pay like $65 a month per person with no guests or anything extra. I know a few people in there with medical conditions that get worse when there is no air flow. I almost passed out once and it wasn’t even a tough training day. As far as cleaning, it’s pretty dusty and the men’s bathroom is typically destroyed every day and smells like it’s cleaned maybe once a month. Y’all do a good job but at least turn on the air or a fan...
