Video Express and Game Exchange — Local services in Hamilton Township

I was in the area and decided to stop in - and I am very glad I did. I love a place like this. Everything is just in order enough to find what you are looking for quickly, but also takes you on a journey of of being surprised, as in it's not all perfectly (overly) organized in a sterile manner. Feels like a treasure hunt. I found games I was looking for and all for very reasonable prices. I did not intend to stay as long as I did, but I wound up talking with Ben about the local businesses and, most importantly, PIZZA! I was especially pleased with the level of customer service that was offered there. Anyone who called up and/or stopped in was treated with kindness and respect as Ben went the extra mile to make sure that any questions were answered in an open, friendly, thorough and honest way. I wish I lived closer, but will definitely stop back if/when my travels take...

I didn’t have a very pleasant experience at Video Express. They have a bunch of out of commission and broke consoles laying around. As a handy person who likes to restore and repair old consoles I gathered a few together for a price. The owner didn’t really care that they were broken and said his repair guy can just fix them. I was offered over market price value on broke consoles! The owner claiming his repair guy can just fix them… They have about 100-200 broken consoles that clearly aren’t being repaired. prices are all around very steep and far above eBay. I don’t personally recommend Video Express unless you are willing to spend upwards of 25-30% over market price on games. Personally I’d assume they would want to get rid of there back stock of broken consoles repair guy or not. But clearly they just would rather them sit and...

Got everything pictured for $40 + tax. Games work perfectly, the worker even checked every disc and cleaned one of the discs for me before i purchased it. They have a HUGE selection for every platform + DVDs. Prices are pretty reasonable. Some retro stuff is pricey but that’s to be expected as the games get harder to find. Everything I bought was equal to or cheaper to what i could find on eBay. The store itself is a little cluttered but I don’t care about that because it just means they have a large selection of games and you can spend more time exploring games you might not have even heard of or forgot about.
