ALDI — Local services in Hamilton

I had to admit, I am shopped my handful of Aldi‘s in the state of Ohio, and none of them come anywhere near as awesome as this one. This location has some of the best products available through Aldi that most of Cincinnati’s locations do not have. This location has had furniture for sale, they had lawnmowers for sale specifically electric lawnmowers I mean the list keeps going. When looking for the best peanut butter that I can get, this one has the most inexpensive organic peanut butter. The staff is also super friendly and knowledgeable about their products in general.

I think if there’s anything that Aldi could continually work on is fresh produce, a handful of times I’ve walked in, and they’ve had cold vegetables that have reached the end of their life or they’ve had potatoes that need replaced, or they’ve had apples that need replaced, but the staff is very receptive to that type of feedback when I reach the cashier .

After a horrible experience at another Aldi, I started coming here and I’ve been shopping here for almost 6 months now and I will continue shopping here...

We would have waited longer in the other line if we knew how rude the checkout girl was going to end up being in the line she announced she would help us in...re-opening it, or so it seemed. As soon as another customer joined in line behind us, she rudely told them she was actually closed. After realizing I made a mistake with the cash back option, I asked her if the money was correct and that I thought it was $20 off. She turned the readout screen toward me without saying a word and smirked.

It took all my wife could do to "just politely" let her know how rude she was. I immediately agreed and told her the same. She told us to have a nice night, so she did good there I guess.

Overall, she lacked customer service skills and she seemed overworked.

Usually we have good experiences there, so I will only drop it down a star or so on the poor...

Every time I come to Aldi the employees are always super helpful and nice while still being quick. I love the fresh salmon they have here and the overall low cost on the food. Don't forget a quarter though for the cart. It always seems crowded when I go in but that might be because there are a lot of people who love their cheap prices and shop there. Also they always have some specials in the freezer that is the low center ones. Lots of fun to grab something random out of their to...
