Taco Bell,
I am highly disappointed as a regular patron of Taco Bell to see such negligence from the Taco Bell Team Members at this specific location.
First, the staff inside the store are not following current pandemic protocol due to the COVID-19 crisis we are ALL facing by not wearing there masks in appropriate format along with having direct contact to customers cups without wearing gloves and I can only deduce that their is a high probability by this visual assessment that other FDA Food Handling Procedures could have been violated as well from my "customer point of view".
MY PREGNANT WIFE COULD NOT EAT HER MEAL AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE AND THIS IS VERY UPSETTING BECAUSE ALL SHE WANTED WAS A CHEESY FIESTA POTATO AND 2 CRUNCHY TACO SUPREMES.
THE POTATOES WERE OVER-COOKED AND THE TACOS WERE SOFT REGULAR TACOS I WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN TO A HOMELESS PERSON DUE TO THEM BEING COLD.
ALONG WITH THE SUSCEPTIBLE STATE OF BEING PREGNANT ALONG WITH PURE NEGLIGENCE ON BEHALF OF THE TACO BELL TEAM CAUSED A COMPLETELY NEGATIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
Secondly, with eight cars in line for drive-thru service waiting more than the industry standard drive-thru processing time due to what appeared to me as a pure lack of organization and communication across the entire team to include the fact that three individuals were outside in plain view of paying customers smoking.
I am not advocating that someone cannot take their scheduled break at work but in the small business world I grew up in when it comes to Superior Customer Service paying customers do care about these kinds of behaviors during a time when they are seeking out a business establishments desired services.
Please note that I am only looking for the response to assess this store and the (skillpower VS. willpower strategy) that can determine whether or not any team member and/or the entire team will align to policies and procedures and if not then individuals are discovered who can.
I thank you Taco Bell in advance for reviewing this matter and look forward to a more pleasant experience in the immediate future!

Read moreFirst of all I want say they were extremely busy because of the nice weather we had today. The employees and manager had customers pulling around to the back door for large orders so smaller ones could get on their way. They were walking orders to our vehicles out back and mine was spot on can't say for other folks obviously. I have worked in fast food for multiple big chains and it's easy for stores to get dinged and reprimanded for instances completely out of their control which is wrong. I also understand that corporations can't police every store not to mention they drop bombs on heads in the chain of command, and that's why their people get worn out and quit because the good employees work for low wages and get the shaft. I know it's a stepping stone not a career for most folks but everyone one deserves respect and admiration if they do a great job and in my opinion the team at this location tonight did right by me and I hope the big boys give them the recognition they deserve for taking care of the customers at THEIR STORE FOR THEIR SHARE HOLDERS TO MAKE PROFIT. Read moreUpdate 6/6/25. Changing to three stars from four. Ordered through Door Dash Just got the Taco Supreme (1 hard shell, 3 soft) opened wrappers and they were all poorly wrapped. I paid over $4.00 for each Taco only to get a soggy mess. I asked for extra cheese and even paid for it, but nothing. There was barely any food in the Tacos. Very disappointed. I understand it was a humid day..but really? The hard Taco was broken in several pieces and I just threw it away. The soft ones were thrown together and poorly wrapped. Won't be ordering Taco Bell any time soon. Pathetic. Whats worse is doesn't a manager or supervisor read these reviews. They should, and should respond. Since they are getting mostly bad reviews. They just don't care.
