Horrible customer service. After confirming that my discounts from my coupons had been removed 3 times, I cashed out, looked over my receipt and found that 3 coupons had not been taken off of my total. There was a nearly $20 difference in my total after 35 minutes of informing management which items were actually eligible for said discounts. I wasn't aware that I shopped here in order to train both management and staff. This location is always like this but today was the worst yet. Harold made rude comments about my method of payment (cash in lots of small bills), calling me "Miss money bags" or something to that effect. Joseph (manager on duty) incorrectly told me that I had purchased the incorrect items for my coupons, until I showed him the specific item numbers matched the coupons. Great customer service. One must be extremely careful about what one purchases at this store. Read the reviews on ANYTHING & EVERYTHING prior to buying it especially the power tools like die & angel grinders. I know from personal experience they under NO CIRCUMSTANCES are capable of standing up to industrial application requiring constant use in industrial environments. I've had great experiences with grinder disks & such. Just keep in mind the vast majority of these product are made in China & therefore junk. Who can say anything bad about Harbor Freight? = And now I have a location less than a mile from my house. Yesterday I was working on the car and couldn't find a T-40 bit to remove my brake rotors. I knew I had one somewhere but couldn't find it. After 20 minutes of looking I said "the heck with it", after a 5 minute trip to Harbor Freight, I had a full set (102) of apex bits, and a free flashlight as well for $8.
