I'll start by saying I don't typically review nail salons because I only have one that I go to but my girl was on vacation. So I decided to try out a salon closer to home. My 1st time at this salon. I had a 3pm appt for gel nails/gel pedi. I was really disappointed after explaining what I needed done, they had no clue about anything! I was sent to a male nail tech who assumed I wanted a fill. I was moved to another male tech after explaining (with a picture from their own salon!) was told "we don't have those here" referring to the rhinestones in the photo. Male #2 (because he never told me his name) also assumed I needed a fill & told him no, I cut them myself & need a new set. He still says my nails looked good, as if trying to talk me out of getting a new set. The language barrier complicated matters even more, but I understand coming from different cultures, etc. The plexiglass between us was very dirty plus he wore a mask, so it made it even harder to communicate plus the very bright lamp in my face didn't help. The nail stations were not clean & the leather wrist rest was old & torn. Ok, I keep looking around & then I noticed, as he's changing the attachments to the electric file, that he stores them in an old rusty Altoids can! I kept looking over at it like what in the world???? And they use the same nail files and buffers.... They don't even clean them. I was supposed to get a pedicure, but after witnessing how unclean their establishment was, there was no way I was letting anything rusty go on my feet! He was really proud of the good job he'd done & while he did, it wasn't worth $75!! Then at checkout he asked if I was paying cash, I said debit card. The total changed to $78 but he never told me there was a fee! Mind you they have an ATM machine inside their salon! Needless to say, I won't be going back. I hope this is helpful to anyone out there seeking excellent service...

Really would’ve liked to give them more than 2 stars because my nails always come out great when I come here, but I sit here writing this review at 2:27 still waiting to be seated for my 2 o’clock appointment. I can honestly say that I’ve never been seated within 20 minutes of my appointment. And once I am seated usually wait anywhere between 5-10 minutes for them to start my nails. As other reviews said, I have watched regulars walk in after me and be taken before me. I understand that the timing of appointments may be running behind schedule sometimes, but 20-45 minutes late when I HAVE an appointment and am not just walking in is ridiculous. The worst part of all of this is their lack of customer service when I am waiting to be seated. Nobody welcomes you when you walk in the door and when they walk up to the desk they blatantly ignore you knowing that you’ve been waiting a half hour for your appointment. The least they could do is express their apologies and let me know how behind their running. They are not courteous of their customers’ time. It is now 2:40, I have been seated for 10 minutes now and still nobody has started my nails. Those 40 minutes could have been spent on all the tasks I needed to get done today. Please please please don’t come to this place . I left here crying. I made an appt for 3 and waited half hour it didn’t bother me that’s fine , I have gone to many nail salons this one was just not okay . I wanted a fill and the lady seemed very bothered to even do my nails . They were so crooked I asked nicely if she could even them out and she barley acknowledged me I asked twice and after that I just said put the polish on not to mention she slabbed the acrylic on like a child and the polish as well . I was mortified my husband owns a business in hammonton so I usually over tip and this was a time where she’s lucky she got 5 dollars from me . She charged me an extra 5 dollars on top and didn’t explain why . It really sucks when you come to a place to relax and feel pretty and you walk out feeling so Upset , nails sore and just disgusted . Please do better...
