Look I'm not giving a bad review to be mean. I'm doing it in the hopes that someone in the upper management team can help the employees at this location. I placed an online order at 12:02 and did not leave with my food until 12:36pm.
I waited in drive thru for a few and the person helping me was very pleasant saying something along the lines of "hi thank you for choosing burger King. Please take a few minutes to look over the menu and I'll be right with you." NO PROBLEM! 10 minutes goes by and I decided to go inside. There are 3 employees taking care of no less than 13 people INSIDE! Plus whomever was placing orders at drive thru at this point.
There 1 was employee taking orders and running orders outside to the customers waiting in the "drive up please" area as ill call it.

Those were all the people I saw! That's a lot of pressure on only 3 people to be taking care of all of us!!
Now I personally am not mad but will say this location 100% needs more people, needs authority on staff and needs better delegation(at least from what was seen today). I can understand why less patient customers get upset but I could see today was just a struggle for the staff and they were just trying to get through it.
I have personally met several on the employees that work at this location and they are nice people just trying to make a pay check! It's ashsame there is not more help with...
Read moreI was just at this location at 10:30 p.m. no one was in line I pulled to the order box it took about a minute and a half for them to ask can I help you I said I need to get two number ones with a Coke add cheese I was told their systems were updating they update between each shift so it started at 10:00 it takes about 20 minutes I said well hell it should have been done 10 minutes ago jokingly but it's okay how much longer does it have he said it started late so 20 minutes I said all right I don't have anything to do tonight I'll wait he said really I said yes about 2 minutes later a different person comes on and says can I help you I thought to myself damn that was the fastest 20 minutes ever but I said yes two number ones please he proceeds to tell me they are out of Whoppers I say well what do you have and he mumbles the registers already down that's when I raised my voice and said excuse me and the other person comes back on and says you wanted two Whopper meals correct I said yes with cheese what did the guy say second and he ignored me and said what kind of drink was that I said Coke Go Large with one he says thank you pull around all in less than 5 minutes of being told I had a 20-minute wait but to be told that there is no Whoppers and for them to mumble the registers down I found to be very immature and I'm not pleased about...
Read moreWent today in an attempt to have lunch, we haven’t been here since the renovations so decided let’s give it a try. Worst decision ever. Stood in line for probably a good 10-15 minutes not one person from the team even acknowledged us or anyone else in the establishment for that matter. At this point I turned around and observed no one in the restaurant standing or sitting had any food. There was at least 10 people inside. People were walking up and asking for the food they paid for and didn’t receive. Eventually a female manager approached the front and asked what was going on. Shortly after she started an argument with a younger gentleman working in the kitchen. They brought their argument to the back out of sight but we still heard everything. A woman working the drive through came to the front and apologized to all the customers stating they were understaffed so we would have to continue to wait. At this point everyone in line including my family and I left and took our business elsewhere. Will not be back to the Hammonton Burger King. Horrible experience....
