Sooo happy to finally make this review! I HAD THE WORST experience here! I wouldn’t post due to my hairdressers position but now I can. I actually stopped going here because the Owner herself made me so uncomfortable because when I was being serviced on my eyebrows after my hair was done she was rushing my hair dresser non stop I said am I not a customer paying? I’m huge on customer service and that was terrible. I watched how she treated my hair dresser and I begged her to leave this place. My wife has been using this Salon for awhile now. So in need of a cut, and my regular Barber busy I called and made an appointment for the same day, for my first visit. They do accept walk-ins, as this is a very large Salon. My Stylist, Misty was spot on in all regards. She met me upfront, early, attentively listened to what I wanted/needed, and executed my wishes perfectly. She was friendly, personable, and worked efficiently. IT IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HERE! I love Infinity Salon and Spa. I never write reviews which this is my first but… RIELY Mount is AMAZING. I take the 50 minute drive every time I want my hair done! They have fantastic pricing and amazing stylists! Riely does an amazing job at my hair. I usually get a blonde balayage or baby lights. She also does a FANTASTIC job at extensions!
