Went in to get a pretty simple tattoo done: a pawprint. At my appointment, the artist hadn't even done a sketch of it beforehand. He just pulled out some paper and did it real quick in front of me with no real though to it. The tattoo took no more than 30 minutes to do and he charged me an outrageous amount for it. On top of that, the healing process was extremely painful because he was heavy handed the whole time. Blue ink started spreading into the rest of my arm, so I had to get it covered by another tattoo at another shop. The pawprint tattoo sometimes itches because there is some scarring and discoloration. I don't recommend this place. Find someone else that will do it right, and for the right price. I was charged $200 for a life-sized pawprint that took 30 minutes. The cover-up I had done at another shop took 3 hours and cost me $300 for a QUALITY job well done. Don't waste your money. Find...

Last Saturday I went to Black Thorn Gallery to get my very first tattoo. I wanted to get it within a week of reaching out, and they worked with me to set me up with a guest artist who was there from Florida (@tylerbrandt on Instagram) in only a couple days.
