I will only give this store 1 star because the manager is the worst that I have ever encountered! She couldn't even answer a simple question. She had no idea if an item qualified for a coupon. She was extremely rude and incompetent! I was in the store on another day and she couldn't find an item I was looking for and she made absolutely no effort. I asked another employee and she found the item right away. Michaels, you can do better hiring a nicer and extremely knowledgeable manager. I asked for assistance from an employee with short hair and glasseses and I unfortunately forgot to grab their name. They were absolutely amazing to be helped by. They were engaging, personable, and didn't get annoyed when I came back to them on 3 separate occasions. I brought up an issue I saw with a clearance sticker with a typo and they had clarified easily. Compared to other stores I've visited, Clearance area is pretty clean/organized. Overall pretty happy with the haul I got.
