We dont normally give bad reviews especially due to the circumstances surrounding this time but we spent a good amount of money there and the quality of the full experience has gone down substantially. My daughter and. I went in there for dinner. We ordered our food and I was looking around and the owner snapped at me while I was being cordial. The food was awful. We ordered the prefix dinners as we thought the food would have already been prepared to perfection. The soup was worse than canned. It tasted like watered down tomato paste with ingredients. They were nice enough to replace but the next soup was a salt fest. I was told the soup was made per order. Awful. Soup takes time to cook!! Both entrees came out were not what was listed on the pre fabricated menu. I chose the higher priced item as i thought it was the healthier choice. The menu clearly said brown rice and they have me white. The chicken franchise was definently sub standard. My daughter ordered a eggplant parmasian sandwich with pasta on the side. It came without bread. The waitress friendly. The best part of the evening was the really friendly older gentleman who told my daughter to grab a handful of candy. He was very friendly. But ultimately we were very disappointed with our go to restaurant as this place had in the past been out...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUnfortunately I will no longer be going here. The pizza is pretty good but the service is always miserable. Today was the last straw for me when I ordered some slices to go and knew they were in the oven for too long, but had to wait until the man( not kid) finished texting before he removed them from the oven. This resulted in two burned on the bottom slices for my lunch ( with no time in my break to go elsewhere for something else) It has always felt like you are inconveniencing the employee when you come in. Never a smile, a friendly hello. In fact many times my husband and I have had to wait for the employees to finish their nothing about business conversation or text before they even acknowledge us. I even had a server sign at me when I asked for silverware for my food early on in the pandemic. Keep in mind this has happened with old and young alike employees. So I am certainly not singling any age group out. I love to support any all all local businesses especially now with what COVID has done to them all, but this has been going on well before the crisis. So it's clear things wont be changing any time soon. I wish them luck, but a little bit of hospitality goes a long way especially when you can get pizza on practically every corner. So we will be seeking out a more hospitable spot...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI keep asking myself why do I keep coming here? The pizza isnāt great, and the owner (or co-owner) is a tool. Today when I stopped in for lunch the owner began screaming at one of his workers, eff this and eff that. There were young children in the dining room and didnāt need to hear this kind of language. A fellow customer decided to ask him to keep it down, but the owner retreated to the kitchen and wouldnāt come out. Then the owner kept peeking around the corner into the dining room and after 10 minutes or so finally approached the customer, but with an attitude and said, āis there something that you wanted?ā The customer responded that he was only looking for him to tell him to tone down his language since there were children in the dining room by which the owner replied, āour back door is busted and weāre a little on edgeā¦weāre not perfect.ā No apology, only an excuse.
Sadly, Iāve seen this type of behavior multiple times. Iām done with this place, too much drama and nastiness towards the...
