Just left Walmart. It seems like every time they always have the most disabled people at the registers, which is absolutely nothing wrong with that poops and help them. These people are literally drowning.! I have gotten Walmart consecutively because I’m doing a documentary on Walmart in the treatment of the staff and every time I go it’s the same to 60 year old woman at the one register, ringing me up ! You have elder people who are not really sure how to work the self check out or not familiar with that sort of millennial age and they try to force them to go to self check out and at the end of the day it’s like what option do they have!
As I told the cashier at the register, I said, listen here baby girl I would never let my staff work like this
They had a young boy with blonde hair that looks like a machine gun Kelly very handsome who must’ve been her Superior who is doing nothing but walking around doing nothing!
The cashier was very nasty, but she was mostly nasty because she can’t live without this job and every day she comes into the chaos
She tried to argue with the lady in front of me about dog bones! They sent somebody back to check the price and guess what the customer was right she basically tried to compare it to what was online so that it wouldn’t hold the lineup!
And the lovely lady in front of me said absolutely not. I come here every week. I know that these are on sale and I know what the price is. They sent an older gentleman back to look for the price and he came back and said the price was exactly what the customer said it was.

Their eye care facility could take Medicaid/Medicare but don't. Haven't tried the pharmacy but have heard good things generally. They (The company not this location to my knowledge) deliver groceries to people who need it. Good selection of products at good prices.
I generally look online first to avoid the many opportunities for impulse purchases.
Their return policies are good, keep your receipt, they will always refund the card used or cash right away..
WALMART:. YOUR CARTS ARE Unnecessarily large, often troublesome (sticky, dirty, in need of wheel maintenance, and sometimes so big they can't pass eachother in opposite directions in your lanes causing frustration and annoyance for everyone.
Whoever designs your planogram needs to seriously consider replacing carts with taller slimmer carts, working the aisles, doing away with those center stack outs in the main drag or making small personal carts (like Weis and other supermarkets) available.
SHOPPERS: Like any place, if you're reasonably nice, friendly courteous and not rude, most people respond in kind.
If you're not capable of smiling being courteous or considerate of others please shop online. People's foul moods and nasty attitude toward others (customers and employees alike) is unnecessary, and contagious. A little consideration goes a long way for both the sender and the recipient.

Read morePharmacy department I work at a local drs office. Today in particular 11/20/24 this pharmacy was ridiculous! First you want to sit there and argue with my manger and then hang up on her. Then I have a parent call and say you guys called our office when you didn’t. You called our answering service to which then the mother called me back and said someone spoke to one of my staff members and we were going to send something over. Then the pharmacy calls and tries to argue with me over the phone about a different patient in which I got hung up on for. I then call the pharmacy in regards to the mother I spoke with either and got that squared away. While I was giving information to the pharmacy tech she had the nastiest attitude (Brittney). After every number I gave her, she responded with mhm and then a k and got hung up on again. I then called in a script for someone else and when I said the persons name in which the pharmacist didn’t want to deal with so she pushed me off to Brittney again and she did the same thing as before with a nasty attitude. I get it, you guys are extremely busy and bombarded but there is absolutely no reason to be nasty and make us sound or look like idiots.
