I came in today to buy something, and over heard an older woman(employee) reprimanding one of the girls on register. First of all, I’m not really happy with the way the woman handled it. I understand if a complaint occurs you can speak to the employee about it, in private. Yet instead this woman was loudly being sort of rude to the girl. Treating her as if she was a child. She repeated multiple times, you’re 21.. My issue is if something comes up where that discussion is to be had, dont do it in the middle of the store. The girl was visibly upset, and I completely understand where she was coming from. She handled it very well, and I spoke to her and gave her credit for being so calm about it. I do hope that girl finds a better job where they aren’t treating her like...
