Subpar Panera. The food and drink I ordered was produced with complete lack of interest and attention to detail. These things are not that hard to make, but every item was screwed up in some way.
I ordered an everything bagel, toasted with cream cheese. The bagel tasted fine, but was cut in such an odd way. Only the top 10th of the bagel was cut off, but at a slant. It was still edible, but ruined the experience of a good bagel.
I then ordered a turkey, avocado, and bacon sandwich, to have later for lunch on my long drive away. Most of the sandwich was fine, except that they basically took half an unripe avocado, did not finish peeling it, did not cut it any further, and stuck it smack dab in the center of the sandwich. The avocado was so unripe and with so much peel that it was inedible.
But the last straw was the coffee. It was completely undrinkable. I dont know how they did it, but the flavor was deplorable.
Skip this Panera and go to one of the many others around. I certainly hope this lack of care and attention to detail does not become standard at...
Read moreI'm a sales rep and I take breakfasts to Doctor's offices in the gibsonia/allison park area at least 4-5 times a week. This means I can give very good business to a restaurant if they can manage at all to get my order correct, have me waited on and out the door and have a great attitude. This is absolutely NOT what I get from this location (Allison Park Panera). On several (and I mean more than a dozen) visits I have waited longer than 20 minutes for a simple order of 3 bagel packs and have on countless times had my order screwed up in the systems with the incompetent cashier stating that he has no idea what to do. Is it really that hard to work there? It also seems like the managers could care less about their customers as well-giving me attitude and making me feel like it's my fault for even stepping foot in there in the first place. Read more11/10/21. Ordered a chicken caesar salad for curbside pick up. Got home, found that they had forgotten the CHICKEN. We order from this store about once a week. Literally 50% - 75% of the time, something in the order is made wrong or completely missing. Ridiculous. It. Isn't. That. Difficult.
12/29/21. Once again, ordered a chicken caesar salad for curbside pick up. Got home and found they had forgotten the chicken. AGAIN. The receipt is correct and shows that we ordered a CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD. Looks like we will need to babysit our orders because the employees still can't read.
1/26/22. Today, after picking up a curbside order, we discovered that we received a chocolate croissant instead of the lemon drop cookie we ordered. Also, we received the incorrect dressing for the salad we ordered. But hey, we still got a few of the other things we ordered! ...
