Do you like repeatedly botched orders with the added bonus of the Chipotle delivery price premium? How about always-cold meat? Do crunchy chips cause you grief and make you wish for something more soggy and mushy? Would you like to wait for a bag of chips when someone who placed their order 15 minutes after you get the last of the non-soggy chips? If you can answer yes to any of these questions, then the Allison Park Chipotle is where you're going to want to eat!
Mistakes happen from time to time, but the consistent and repeated screw-ups are paired with ALWAYS-cold meat. This place makes me wish a Chipotle never opened up nearby. Driving to Cranberry Township or Wexford or McKnight Road will offer a better experience. When the staff gets the electronically-transmitted order, which is transferred correctly via app to a printer, the delivered product is wrong nine times out of ten. This outcome hews closely with the definition of insanity: repeating the same thing over and over while expecting a different outcome.
These issues do not occur with ANY of the competing establishments within a seven mile radius of this location. Pick a fast food, fast casual, or sit-down restaurant on the map and it will ALWAYS do better than this specific Chipotle. Avoid...
Read moreUpdate for June 2022: For over a year, this location of Chipotle had a staff of friendly, professional people who knew how to treat customers. For some unknown reason, several of these amazing employees were recently let go thanks to the vitriol and mercilessness of the corporate.office. Amazingly, this store is still able to operate, sometimes even during the entirety of their regularly posted hours. The service and friendliness of the employees took an immediate nosedive, but they seem to be bouncing back slowly.
Original review: What happened? This place has deteriorated. Rotten lemons (when were these cut?)? Rotten tomatoes? Employees who don't listen to the order when it's being placed? I had to skip lunch because they took the next customer in line before taking my order. Only one person of two had lunch today. They told me I could move to the back of the line if I wanted to place an order after I had already waited through once. What is wrong...
Read moreThis is by far my favorite chipotle location the one in mccandless crossing is horrible, wexford is not bad. My food is always correct here and the employees are always nice and helpful. Today I ordered our usual on the app for 8:00 I went in and they were super busy in the kitchen and no mobile orders were out so I waited no problem. One of the employees a young girl kept coming out and apologizing to customers that they were waiting on more meat to be made if they wanted to sub it out or wait and was very apologetic it was nice to see a teenager/young adult that cared about her job enough to still be kind to customers while in a flustering scenario (I’ve worked in a similar chain restaurant I’ve been there not easy) I got my food around 8:15 which I get if your in a rush is inconvenient but I didn’t mind! And my food was great maybe even a little better than usual so those 15 minutes...
