I understand that the building is undergoing renovations; however, I do not believe it excuses the lack of service that I have experienced here. I set up an appointment for my passport, and I did not receive a list of documents to bring other than orders, so I consulted coworkers that had recently gone through the process and collected those documents. I drove 30 minutes to the office and was told I had the incorrect documents, and even if I had the correct ones, they would have turned me around because I brought my physical passport with me, not a copy, and they did not have a printer for me to photocopy my passport. Once again, I understand having renovations, but not having a functioning printer in an office is fairly unacceptable in my opinion. I book another appointment two weeks later and submit the paperwork. I received an email this week that the passport was ready, and that they would be in the office on Tuesday and Thursday from 0800-1500. I went today (Thursday) at 1115, and the office was shut and locked. I found a worker in the building who mentioned that most offices were doing a Thanksgiving lunch until 1300. I decided to wait, as the commute is 30 minutes. I checked back in at 1310, and I was then told that the office had a training day, and they were not in the office. Read moreI hate having to go to this office. I get the same rude lady every time who always on the phone while attending to customers completely unprofessional. I had to come back cause the cac they gave me stop working after two weeks, my wallet had been stolen and I didn’t have a second form of ID the first time and they let me through, the second time they needed a second form she refused to help me until I got the other form I guess within a couple weeks the policy changed drastically. Lady kept getting mad my fingerprints wouldn’t work but they never had and she got short with me after explaining that. The phones don’t work and they laughed at a dude who was upset when they told him the phones didn’t work after he tried calling and there was no sign. New management is needed...

My appointment was late afternoon, giving them plenty of time to make me aware of any problems they were having with their system and reschedule me. I show up 15 min early and they tell me their router and CAC system has been down all day and they can't make retired/dependent IDs. I went through the trouble of the gate gaurd taking my active duty ID away, having to go get a visitors pass, bringing all documents required, for NOTHING.
