I went on June 14 at 6:29pm I went through the drive threw. One person ahead of me and no one was inside. Everything was just bad. The lady who took my order was rude and was rushing me. I knew what i wanted. Then she started singing as I was telling her my order. When I get to the window I asked for ranch and firmly placed them in my hand and didn't ask if I would mind pulling up and parking she barked orders at me and said " go park up there now and someone will bring your food to you." I was gonna ask for straws but didn't. My burger had tomatoes and ketchup on it even though I asked for it to not have any. And was poorly made. To much ketchup and only like 5 small pieces of lettuce. My onion rings were so crisp you couldn't even taste onion or even want to eat any more. This was just a bad visit. I get people have a bad day but it seems like they weren't in the mood to care or make a...

Sandwich looked like it was just thrown in the bag, nearly fell apart when I got it out of the half wrapped wrapper. Sandwich looked like my 7 year old nephew put it together. Minute I walked out, Someone came to the front door and locked it. It was only 4:30PM. Door hours say 1800. Watched a customer walk up to the door, pull on it, then do a double take at the sign on the door with its hours. If your only open for drive thru service, maybe post that somewhere on your front door so people don't walk in if you don't have enough workers to serve people at the counter. I dont know that a wet floor sign infront of the front door means drive-thru only. Won't come to this...
ย ย ย Read moreOrdered a Whopper, the signature burger. As usual with fast food joints, the amount of mayo and ketchup was overkill. Found that the flavor of the burger just got lost. I gave up and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich as a replacement. Unfortunately, they must have used a chicken tender. Bun to meat ratio was non existent, and again drenched with mayo. Two bites, and I had half the bun, with no meat, and mayo to make several sandwiches. As for the service, there was none. Approaching the counter, I was met with a blank stare from the cashier. No hello, no welcome at all. I'm not looking for the red carpet, but at least acknowledge a customer approaching any sales counter. It seems their customers have limited options, being on a military base, and customer service/satisfaction is not a primary concern. Where else are ya gonna go??? Type...
