Casper's Cards & Hobby — Local services in Hampton

I wanna start out by saying having a place like this on station for military members and their families is HUGE. I went to Casper’s for the MTG:Edge of Eternity prerelease that they held as I was invited by a friend. They had enough prerelease boxes for my wife and I to join, (however if you plan on attending please buy ahead), with this being our first experience with MTG we were very intimidated. All of our worries were instantly quelled. Chris and the crew working the event were amazing, they walked us through the process, helped understand some of the keywords and deck building and made sure that our first experience gave us a good impression joining the hobby. The attendees were also awesome, being very friendly and helpful in game kindly coaching and helping along the games played. The store itself is awesome with a little bit for all card enthusiasts, as well as some D&D products and services (I will definitely be reserving their tabletop for some of the games I wanna run). Truly one of a kind. The store has a great array and variety of Magic The Gathering, Pokémon cards, Sports cards, Yugi-oh cards, DnD campaigns and Dice, and very useful products to play and collect any of the card games.

The staff is always very friendly and happy to help you look and inform you about the specific card or binder that you need. Whenever there is a concern or problem, they always tackle it very professionally and with a smile... Casper's Cards & Hobby is a hidden gem on base! Finally, a place to get sealed card products at MSRP! My son absolutely loves going there, and it's great to see him excited about the hobby in a safe and welcoming environment. As someone who's been in the military for 17 years, I can honestly say I've never seen a vendor go above and beyond for the community the way Casper's does.
