I went to this store and selected a sofa. I told the gentleman assisting me that my apartment hallway was small but i have seen people bring in very large furniture successfully. When my sofa was delivered, the delivery drivers were unable to get the sofa into my apartment. I was going to cancel but instead opted for them to exchange it for the matching loveseat. The sofa & loveseat were priced at $799.99. The sofa was $489.99 with $100 delivery fee for a total of $589.99. I asked the gentleman over the phone the price and he said he would have to check it out and call me back. The delivery men came with the loveseat an hour later and i called him again to ask about the cost and also a new contract. I was informed he was out of the office for 20 minutes. Two hours later he calls me back stating the loveseat is only $30 less and they didnt charge me another delivery fee. He said i could look up the price myself on the computer...funny he couldn't do this when i first called. I told him i can do math. If it is $799 for the set and the sofa was $489 then the loveseat is $310 + $100 delivery charge should be $410. I would NEVER have agreed to pay $600 for a loveseat! Here's the kicker...if you pay it off in 100 days it is $600. If you make monthly payments of $106 then you're paying $1312.78 for said loveseat! My credit is good enough i probably could have gotten it financed a lot cheaper or could have found something better for 90 days SAC. Stay far away from these crooks! Cannot speak for the Hampton store...the delivery guys were great but this Mr. Ziad is very dishonest. I was going to buy an additional loveseat or a recliner to go in my living room and I still plan to do so when this one is paid off. Update: When I went to vacuum the loveseat a couple weeks later I noticed the seat had been cut by a box cutter when the delivery men set it up! Stay far away from this place! JUST NOT...

There was a couch that I wanted to purchase. At the time they only had the floor model which I was told that it had only been on the floor for 4 days. Their inventory showed that it would 2 or more weeks before they would receive any more and that they were selling fast. I really didn’t want to wait that long so I was interested in buying the floor model at same cost. The couch was only $599 plus tax which I felt was a reasonable price. I didn’t want to have to pay for the delivery charge of a $100 extra. I told him that I needed that $100. And I was trying to get someone to help me to deliver it. He said I’ll help you out. If I was to pay in cash that he will take some off the delivery fee. With tax and delivery it would have been $735 but I only paid $700 and it will be delivered in two days only because my next day off would be in two days. We did a walkthrough the store, the variety of colors, textures, designs, the quality of the furniture and the top brands carried was a wonderful surprise. Christina gave us finance alternatives and went the extra mile to make sure I left the store with all my needs met.

This is not just a purchase of “things”, this to us is rebuilding our lives after we have been terribly and abruptly stripped from a lifetime of work and sacrifice.
