Had an appointment with Kyle which I'd booked back in June for July 10th. The apt was at 1. I showed up a bit before 1 and he said he had a walk in he was trying to handle and I agreed to come back around 3, which was already a major inconvenience to me as I had taken off work for the sole purpose of getting this tattoo, but I wasn't going to be rude about someone just trying to make a living when times are this tough.
I show up again a little after 3 PM and he is dealing with another potential walk in. I don't know what she was on, but the woman was acting like she was on some seriously hard drugs. My wife and I sat and waited for over 30 minutes while this woman pushed the artist, Kyle, to do her piece before mine while I sat patiently and waited. Ultimately, Kyle elected to go sketch her a piece before he was allegedly "going to get me situated." He had told the woman it'd take around 2 hours to touch up and add a large section to a piece that had originally taken my other artist 4 hours to do. She kept insisting "do mine first I don't want to wait I don't want to wait" while I'd already waited over 2.5 hours and lost over $200 of pay for taking off to get scammed by a dude more willing to work with walk ins. Eventually the artist, walked back to create a sketch for her, all the while my wife and I sat and waited patiently while this annoying addict sat next to us insisting "she wasn't going to wait" to some other patron in the shop. After some time, Kyle walked out with a sketch he'd drawn for this annoying walk in and attempted to put the stencil on her. My wife and I left.
If you actually want to get a tattoo that is thought out and planned, don't go here. They won't respect your time or patience.
It's a shame, Kyle seemed nice, but is too much of a pushover to actually stand by his scheduled...
Read moreDon’t expect much from this shop if you can’t work around their schedule. Matt was my artist (the owner) he started my tattoo I paid $500 for an outline, which he could only do on a week day morning so I took a day off from work. I tried to schedule a follow up day, but he would only take me on week days. Unfortunately I had to reschedule due to my job and now he has ghosted me. I have tried texting and msging both of which he had no problems answering before. I asked to reschedule on a weekend or after 4pm on week days with no reply. His attitude is very unprofessional and I would not recommend him. I can’t judge his work accurately bc he hasn’t replied to finish the job his outline work was ok, but when ur just drawing black lines you can’t expect much. Save your time and money and go to a reputable shop.
Also I had about $700 more work to be done plus my wife would have gotten a tattoo through them, but with their services being so poor we will seek more...
Read moreWent in today to get a couple tattoos and when I entered I did mention that I had talked to Jim over the phone on friday. We did not set an appointment and He told me to just come as soon as they open its first come first serve. I showed up at around 11:20, perfectly fine with getting the tattoos by anyone but I did mention that I talked to Jim. Jim was at the back of the shop and overheard that I mentioned his name and started speaking to me sternly as if he was my father. Saying that he told me i should be there at 11 and then pointed at the clock and told me the time as if i don’t have a phone with a clock on it . His tone was very rude and I felt as if he was chastising me although there was never a set appointment. After all that was money going into his pocket so I was doin him a favor. Overall his disposition was very rude. Thankfully I was tattooed by Vinny he was very sweet and he made sure my tattoos were perfect. I’ll definitely be back to...
