Dave is an absolute life saver and is the only computer “Geek” I’ll ever go to from now on! . He figured out and fixed what two other well known supposed expert locations totally misdiagnosed and almost cost me hundreds of dollars and weeks of downtime. I brought our laptop to the well known box store with the in-house IT “Geeks” because we paid the extra money for the warranty only to find out that the warranty expired by 10 days! We were told it was the battery and to go to the battery store across the street. The whole franchise didn’t carry that battery. We went to the other computer box store in the same plaza. They informed us that it wasn’t just the battery but also the hard drive but the battery needed to be ordered and shipped in for $$$$. We remembered Hampton Computer and rang him up. Dave was super busy with a community event but agreed to meet us on short notice. He took the laptop and within a day diagnosed and fixed the problem. Not the battery or the hard drive and a whole lot less money!...

Hampton Computer is the ONLY one we turn to for any and all of our computer needs! Whenever we're in need of upgrades, we consult with David. We trust him to get us exactly what we need. We have full faith and confidence that all information from our old equipment will be safely transferred to the new and improved. And everything is done in a timely manner!
