What a horrible place. I walked into the flower shop about a week ago to buy a one single rose for my mother and I went in dealt with one lady that seems pretty Pleasant, was willing to help and I ordered what I wanted and she went out back to I guess get it ready and put some greens with it. I was standing there waiting and I needed to use the restroom. A lady had walked in it look like from a delivery and was out back looking for something so I didn't really tend to bother her but I didn't know what was going on there was a lady behind the counter talking to another person thought it was a customer but it was a friend the owner was sitting there talking to a friend so I just assumed I asked very politely if I could please use the bathroom an the lady instantly looked at me gave me a nasty look, looked behind into the back and said is anybody there and gave me a snag attitude and said somebody else can handle you out back I said maam there's nobody out back. the lady that just got back from delivery was out back running around trying to figure out where something was and all I needed was a yes and where's the bathroom was and I got the biggest attitude from this lady that thinks she's bigger and how high Almighty. I cannot believe the way I was treated there. I do have a red mohawk, I am a big guy but I still came in there very respectful was not interruptive was very nice and I asked politely very softly where the bathroom was and got nothing but an attitude and totally disrespect from this witch she is the woman behind the counter and most likely the woman that owns the place because she just acts like it she thinks she's all high and mighty and better than people that look different. I know she was thinking well this guy's big guy he's just going to be rude and interrupt but sadly there was nobody in the back to help me this lady assumed somebody was right there in apparently me asking her a question while she was talking to her friend was just oh so much she could handle so maybe she shouldn't own any business Or let the lady that helped me actually run the store while she stays home. This is a horrible place I will never again step foot in the store and anybody that says anything about this store I will do everything in my power to deter them to go somewhere else. I would take flowers off a grave before I ever walk in this store again I hope this store flops I hope she shuts down what a horrible human being and she really needs to talk to God. And just FYI I know she has 33 5 Star reviews that probably 28 of them came from her best friends but yes the owner definitely judges people 100% and trust me she's not much to jump 2 have a good day. A CORPORATE GIFT THAT KEEPS GIVING - I used Drinkwater Flowers to design and coordinate my client holiday gifts last year. I have done everything from wine, to cookies, to theatre tickets in the past. But, the arrangements Angela and her team put together far exceeded anything I have done in past years at a similar price point. My clients loved the uniqueness of the arrangements they received which included a wooden vessel and plants that lived beyond the holiday season. The paper whites growing and blossoming in time for late December celebrations added an extra special touch. Drinkwater coordinated all the deliveries and also was able to handle arranging for alternative options for clients living out of the area. Mary and Angela at Drinkwater Flowers were amazing. We found them via a recommendation for our wedding, and we could not have been more pleased with our experience. Angela spent almost an hour on the phone with me understanding our wedding vision and the types of arrangements we wanted, including colors, styles, sizes, placement, etc. They were accommodating with changes to our order, and suggested ideas when we were unsure of what we wanted. They delivered and arranged all of our flowers at the venue, as well, and they were absolutely stunning.
