When I shopped last Saturday for Empanadas dough, I asked the young female cashier if it was a new product. Since I had a bad experience with it previously that I believed was an accident. Having been assured as new by the cashier, I purchased it to make beef patties for a friend. As I was making the patties, I noticed the dough was hard to break apart and didn't thaw after sitting outside for so long. I kept making patties, hoping for a positive outcome. It was yet another disappointment since the dough had become deeply spoiled. Upon tasting it, it had a sour aftertaste and an odor of rancidity. Since the owner of the store is such a wonderful and amazing person, I thought that I should inform him of the experience I just had so that it doesn't happen again. I was even more upset when I called the store and explained that the dough I bought from them was terrible and had ruined my dinner. Although the young lady confirmed that the empanada dough she just sold me was fresh, it was in poor condition. The only thing she could say over the phone to me was "Everyone else liked it and it expires in 2024". As a business graduate student, I thought she should have considered my feedback since I've been a customer for more than 10 years and a loyal one. I have never complained about any Omareen products before, except for the empanadas dough. I found her response defensive, inaccurate, and inconsiderate and won't explain in detail here for many reasons. But I will simply say that her response of " Everyone else liked it " She said everyone liked it, which was simply made up because it was simply a spoiled product. In addition to the pictures of the patties, I also have the remaining dough to verify everything. A bite of the patties was all it took for my dinner guest to feel sick from the sour aftertaste. It is impossible for her to know about the experiences of all the customers who bought the same product. She just made an assumption about everyone, which can only be a sample. However, The way she reacted to the situation was careless and would be destructive to...

Read moreThis placed was supposedly an authorized U-Haul provider, but we were scheduled to get a U-Haul during a time when the store was closed, and no 24/7 pickup plan was given to me. What followed next involved an hour in which we called both the U-Haul Service Center in Mercury Blvd. and the main customer service line. I can't speak on the store itself, but I would not recommend this place for...
