The worst customer service! Walking through the door was I greeted properly and was told if I needed any help someone would be happy to help me. That person that said that, I guess left for the day. I do not usually leave many reviews and I’m only doing this in hopes that they will provide better service. I just believe that while the store has many great options, the service is why I cannot purchase from there. I’ve been there twice. The first time I went was awful; 2 women who work there saw me carry many dresses and never any asked me for help. If you do ask for help, they make it an uncomfortable experience. I visited this shop looking for a gown with a friend who was getting married and my eyes lit up when I walked in the store. Candy land! I kicked myself for not knowing about it when I had gotten married. Would have saved me a lot of trouble. BEAUTIFUL formal gowns that are very inexpensive. My girlfriend got her wedding dress for $80 although it looked like a dress worth several hundred dollars.
