So, I called Deorta Appliance and spoke to Claudia. Who answered the phone with exceptional customer service tone. I’ve ordered appliances from them in the past so I know that they are honest, and hard working. I found out my mother was in need of a refrigerator so I recommended them to her. My mother goes over to look around around chooses a refrigerator she will later buy. My mother tells me about her experience and that she wants to buy a more affordable refrigerator. By the way, they have amazing prices and it comes with warranty. So, I then call Deorta and tell Claudia that I want to surprise my mother with the refrigerator she chose. Claudia helps me coordinate a surprise delivery the same day I purchased the item. This was so planned out that my mother thought she was on a prank show where she had to pay them back. She quiestioned the guys and was in so much shock with excitement that she was beside herself. Not only did she get a better refrigerator than she originally chose but she’s super happy! We first purchased a washer and dryer set and a refrigerator there as it seemed convenient at first. However, after having our refrigerator for 2 years it stopped working, so we bought another one from here. We’ve had this one for 5 months and in the 4th month we noticed everything in our fridge was freezing over, we thought the temperature needed to be adjusted and that was it. Well we tried that and same result, even on the lowest setting everything freezes solid. Called today explained what was happening, and was told the warranty is expired. Without anyone even looking at it was told they could order the part and send someone at our expense out which means they already know/knew the issue. Also we were told they would order the filter for the fridge as they sold it to us without one and we never got that or info on where to get it. Definitely will never buy from here again as there is no saving or convenience when you’ve purchased 2 appliances that both began to fail in under 2 years or even just...

First, they rarely if ever answer the phone, ESPECIALLY when they have your washer. They don’t update you with status and NEVER pick up or drop it off at the time or day they told you. They were a day late with returning our washer and never gave notice telling us it’d be late or when to expect it. As soon as the washer got hooked up it started leaking (not from the hoses) and we called them to pick it up to fix again. They were a day late picking it up and three days late returning us. We called multiple times a day and left voice mails with absolutely no return or update of when it would be returned to us. Not even a call the day it returned.
