Worst customer service ever!! I had the worst experience with this place. I took my phone & my son’s phone in to get our screens fixed yesterday afternoon. This guy said he would fix both our screens for $150. I gave him a $100 bill. They were only accepting cash at the time. He said come back in an hour to pick them up & pay the balance due which was $50. Well, I came back an hour later & no one was there. My husband & I waited 20 mins for someone to show up. Then a different guy shows up that works there & said my phones weren’t ready because the guy that was fixing my phones got let go (fired) & my phones were still sitting on his desk with no screens. So I asked him when will I get my phones back? He said tomorrow. He honestly acted like it was my problem & not his. I was not leaving my phones & I insisted to get my phones back the same day. So he said he would ask his boss if he could stay late to get my phones done. We waited for an hour & half. Then he said you are going to have to come back tomorrow because I still have one phone ahead of you & it’s giving me trouble. I knew if I left that we were going to get screwed over even more. We waited about 30 more mins. Then the guy says he would just give us our money back & put them back together. When he went into their system to give me my $100 refund. He said he didn’t have any records of me paying $100. During this time he’s playing phone tag with his boss on what to do. I told him to check his cameras so he can see I paid the other guy $100. He checked & came back & said I couldn’t see anything because the fan was in the way. Then I told him then balance your register, he did that & it showed he was $5 short. By this time we’ve both figured out he’s lying to us & they are taking our money. This went on for 30 more mins & he slips up by saying well the guy wrote it on the paper you signed that I paid $100. I’m thinking isn’t that enough proof that I paid the $100 like I said???
To cut this long story short we ended up walking out with my phones intact & only $70 because he said there was $35 non-refundable fee. (Which he obviously can’t count money) Which was never told to me earlier. They made out $30 for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me. My screens are still broke & I’m out $30. It blows my mind of how people are so dishonest these days. I’m not happy at all with them. And it’s not right what they did!...

Took my iPhone 6s+ for a broken screen and new battery. Originally quoted my screen at $80 and the battery at $45, with an additional $20 off for doing both. Total of $105+ tax.
When I went in the next day they said the screen was $100 and the battery was $50 dollars with the 20 off for both. $130 for both. So,already, I’m a little iffy about this place since they seem to make up prices on a whim.
I go ahead and do it for a grand total of $130 plus tax. Service was fast (which is why I give two stars instead of one).
My biggest issue is that after changing my screen and battery, the “Touch ID” doesn’t work anymore. No more thumbprint to unlock. No more thumbprint to quickly download in the App Store. No more thumbprint for quickpay.
Edit: been a couple months now but I’ve noticed tons of hardware issues with my phone since my review. Both the ear speaker and loud speaker are noticeably quieter. I can barely hear anyone on the phone with max volume when I used to be able to hear everyone just fine at half volume. The battery that was installed is already degraded. Do not go to this store. The screen went out close to the 30 day so I went to the store, but they were closed. I had to wait until Tuesday, July 5, 2016 to take my phone to the store, but unfortunately I was told that the 30 day warranty had just passed. I tried to explain that they were closed for a couple of days and so I had to wait til the next business day, but I was still told no. Good customer service is making sure that your customers are happy at all times. They were quick to take my money, but even quicker to tell me no they would not fix my screen.
